LOL. You're seriously calling WoW a grindfest compared to Runescape? Once you hit level 80 (takes about a month) WoW is pure gameplay. Raiding, Battlegrounds, Arena, etc. There's no grinding involved at all. The foundation of Runescape is xp and grinding. You can't even do quests until you reach a pre-requisite grinding amount. And crap PvP? Ya, Runescape's click-and-wait while inventory managing is so much better than WoW's reflex and rotation-based skill. Oh wait, you're a 12 year old. RS kids really shouldn't talk about other MMO's. The fact that you even brought up Silk Road is hilarious as well. (Protip: Silk Road is as much of an MMO as Maple Story and all the other awful f2p games) are you [bleep] kidding me? yes WoW is a grindfest compared to runescape. What is there to do until you reach level 80... hmmm you could go find a necklace for someone (typical blizzard quest)... you could train one of your TWO skills... or you could maybe... GRIND. In runescape there are involved quests, distractions and diversions, a plethora of skills and minigames. yes in runescape you have to meet requirements for a quest. that's why the quest cape is so sought after and level 10's don't go running around with hand cannons, crystal bows, and barrows gloves. it adds a character building dynamic that other games have yet to implement . I'm not alone with praising runescape's PVP. i still cannot fathom the fact that you are actually bashing someone saying why he plays runescape over another game ON A RUNESCAPE FORUM. you're not even being discreet about it. Calling me a 12 year old? I can't even begin to believe your rudeness over a simple opinion. RS "kids". oh yes. i must be one of those because its known that runescape players tend to frequent runescape forums (and god forbid- defend their game?1?!?!). I'm not sure what silk road your "pro"fessional self has claimed to have played, but the one i played as early as '07 and the one i returned to in '09 was an epic, involved, and basically gave the same simple-minded quests as world of warcraft. my friends who played WoW actually said they thought silkroad had BETTER graphics. the theif/merch/hunter pvp system was also extremely unique and could be started (and enjoyed) as early as level 20 (forget spending "a month" for level 80 in other games)

the problem with subaru is that my best friend has (his own) legacy with top of the line options so it would be weird if i got one. i'm also thinking about a dodge charger but i heard that they have a lot of blind spots from the drivers seat.. which is something to consider since i'll be a new driver. and yes 4/awd would be something to consider. RWD cars are basically a no-no here for the winter.. we got whacked with 3 18+in storms last year.

Has everybody's season started up yet? what are the times looking like? i ran my first race of the year on saturday- finished with 18:12, 1:50 better than the 20:02 i ran there last year. there have been some improvements to say the least.

well after messaging you about 3-5 times in the past few weeks and having you respond to every one of my messages i can conclude that you don't bot and you have earned your achievement. i still find the way you conduct yourself on the forums to be very suspicious, but that's just my opinion. keep up the good work i suppose (butsrslywedontneedanewthreadevery10milexp)

WoW is a huge grindfest, has crap pvp, expensive, and nothing to do once you spend months of your life reaching maxed level. plus its an automatic GEEK label. Silkroad has a sick pvp system but everybody bots and membership costs like $25 per 25 days or something ridiculous. membership entitles you to boosted exp and actually being able to log on during peak hours. also turkish + some other ethnicity have racewars over global chat on every server. also the training system basically forces you to save up your skill points (called SP farming) otherwise you gain skill points slow (and exp fast). basically every account (at level 20-22) does sp farming in a way that you gain skill points extremely fast and exp slow. that means that you have to spend 10+ hours of solid grinding training on the SAME monster just to get skill points that you'll need when you get into the high 70's. jade dynasty is really unique in that it is impossible to bot in game. it literally has a button you can press to autotrain that includes auto potion and stuff. it becomes more of a time management game than anything. it has fair prices for special items, friendly players, and one hell of an intriguing enchanting system. since it is a fairly new game there is really nothing to look forward to at high levels (that i can remember). runescape is cheap, uncrowded servers (you can actually log on), has great pvp, community, and has plenty of fun in store for people new to the game.. you don't have to spend months training to have fun. it has the most dynamic quest system in any MMO i've played. it has a fair share of botters but has no RWT which cuts down on rulebreakers. it also has a unique and thriving economy. constant updates i also applied for an exclusive beta testing position for the new lego mmo coming out (got accepted) but i decided it was too childish.

if you ever plan on getting above 80 summoning i'd advise slayer.

are the people who are talking about ending their subscriptions serious? It's $10 extra a year. i didn't see these people quitting or refusing to play when runescape was hiked up (starting at) $11.40 per year. This won't even affect me cause i literally bought a year subscription a week and a half ago.. they are giving you fair enough notice to add a year if you are really that short on money. I can't say i'm completely in favor though, maybe if they added dedicated servers for every game it would be worthwhile.

i think "kyle" was the first one to go from level 124-126 in one kill or something. i remember hearing a story that he got 99 atk and prayer from killing a ghast. maybe he was the first to get 2 99 combats from one kill?

onyx i really isn't worth the risk, effort, and money that has to be spent for it. dragon stone on the other hand is easier to get, about 1/100 of the cost, and doesn't protect over too much. +1 really doesn't matter that much.

i apologize, i didn't read the whole post. i think the endgame quest(s) should have maybe a 2k+ total level requirement (including certain skills) and should not count either way towards a quest cape. just my two cents.

cool joke bro maybe i'll sell the helm but i don't feel like hassling myself. i bought the plate in the high 18's some time ago. and as i'm a member of a flipping clan, i got very tired of it and recently bought arma skirt as my reward. I'm trying to stray away from flipping. i guess sticking to slayer/farming/fletching broads is still my best bet.
