I'm also a junior (at a prep school of 250 grade size that doesn't release class rank) and my sophomore PSAT of 192 was one of the top 10 in my class (told to me by guidance). my class rank (GPA) is presumably top 30% which violently contrasts with my top 2.5% that my psat score suggests. If that was your sophomore PSAT score- you are incredibly brillant and if your SAT scores match your PSAT index you could probably expect to get into 2 or 3 ivy leagues or stanford. if only you were considered a minority (other than indian) you would have the best schools eating out of the palm of your hand.

anyone care to explain what the ring does?

After my 17:34 i've run sub-par times and struggled to crack 18 in all of our races since then. closest i've come is 18:02 at pre districts last week which got me 9th on my team :ohnoes: . Coach actually threatened to remove me from top 7 at districts. praying for a good districts race

my freshman year of high school was the most socially awkward, difficult, and boring year of my life. i got called to hangout less than a handful of times the entire year by my "friends" from school. sometimes on facebook i'd see pictures the next morning from parties that kids would have and I'd think "yeah i could have gone to that.. i could have been there". sometimes even i'd hear about a party in school and i'd try to bring it up in conversation to people to see if i could get "invited". at some of my worst times i randomly got kids' numbers (kids i had talked to) and just texted them asking what they were doing, again hoping for an invite to some teenage get-together. my social life has improved a lot since then but it sucks to be the kid who is considered a no life or a loner. i really had to change a lot about myself on the surface in order to fit in, but i'm still the same person.

I had my first one last weekend.. and yeah I'm a lightweight so i was pretty much gone. threw up on my carpet in the middle of the night and then had to spend the entire next morning cleaning it before my parents got home. IMO they're a necessary evil for those of us who can't get many girls under normal circumstances. If i was at an all bro party i think i would be more inclined to just drink beer than if it was a party with girls where everyone was drinking lokos. anyway i don't drink very often and i just randomly had the opportunity to have a party last weekend and went for it.. i don't consider myself a connoisseur of alcohol by any means.

it would take an enormous amount of work to be a good pker with those stats. if you think you have the time and won't get more than a defense level or two from quests then go for it.

Haha i was busy watching the Steamtown marathon in my city yesterday. a really great day for a really great race.

i drink about 2 glasses of whole milk every day and i used to make whey protein shakes over the summer after i lifted.. but i would use ridiculous ingredients because the powder tasted so bad and i'd end up getting sugar highs. For my winter lifting i'm thinking about taking those amino acid gel capsules along with some type of whey.

not true. i usually do slayer but from 93-94 range i spent my time in thzaar. i have over 800k tokkul and made almost 2 mil from drops. Slayer is very overrated even in the high 70's which is where i am right now. If your range level and gear is good enough to enable you to steal kills, thzaar is a great training environment.

To quote you, HOW DO WE KNOW? how the hell are we to discern if you didnt just bot to get 99 cooking? you can't back it up with any concrete proof can you? As for people who bot hunt, door closers and the like aren't bot hunting, they're being general d-bags so thats irrelevant. to use my example before, if I dropped two vials on something people were right-clicking to activate anyways it wouldn't make much of a difference to human players as they would know to move their mouse up the extra inch or so while bots aren't programed to do that. Its rather benign and very effiective. As for why we beat a dead horse? Hmm I'll use an analogy... on the prime time news they always talk about the recent thefts and other crimes that have occurred. i turned off virus scan and it runs smoothly even at mid setting. your probably right about the ram dependency

this computer is getting really old.. i was supposed to get one over the summer but i got scammed by the guy (who had been my computer service guy for 3 years) and now i'm waiting for my money back from the court case before i can buy a new one. so i only will be using this for about 30-45 days. basically my computer is 1gb ram and a 256mb radeon card which was extremely slick back in the 06-07 days. for some reason minecraft, on lowest settings, runs slowly and crashes after 5 minutes. i did a clean on my computer and next step is disabling virus scan which i really don't think is necessary.. is there anything else i can do?
