In guide of the Fur 'n Seek quest, there is mentioned that the Sea Snake Young drops a Giant Snake Spine. (I can confirm this by the way as I just got one as a drop) But, it's not in its droptable: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=750 Hope that helped.

An artist can use this to help you. That setup is what you wanted right? Now you only need to find an artist to make one of the pics into a sig for you.
