This is an incredibly well thought out Suggestion, and I give it my full support. But as I was reading through this, I noticed two inaccuracies. 1. Looking at the bolded part, if the magic def was -20, then increasing it by half should make it -30, not -40. 2. Again looking at the bolded part, did you mean Reign, as in the Reign of a king? I'm sure the taunt was meant to be reign, but what about the name? I know these are pretty nit-picky, but the idea is quite well thought out and balanced, so I don't have very much useful criticism.

He's an ourg OT: Maybe i don't qualify as "high" level, but really? Gwd and barrows get old after a bit. When I'm bored I'll go play a minigame, like castle wars(best one ever), or Stealing creation. And if those don't appeal, and training doesn't appeal, I don't know what you can do... Maybe play another game for a bit.

I think I'm really going to like Mechscape... also, I'll be sure to cash in on any "party hats" that happen early on. Not that jagex will make that same mistake twice....

no, that wouldnt be fair. not all of us like questing. if it was an extremely hard quest, then thats just cheap. That is how all quest rewards go. Honestly, if you want something like barrows gloves, you have to quest for them. You wouldn't make the argument that "oh no, the quest is too hard, we should make them available to everyone, because I don't like questing!". Honestly, a master or grandmaster quest seems fitting for the dragon pick axe.

you forgot a word in between 'on' and 'def.' and thats 'hitpoints'. phrase should read: 'on hitpoints def.' meaning: 'on hitpoints definitely. :P Oh yeah! I totally missed that. Except no, because Defence is god. Also, you're a nub atom :P

God I hope they don't release a dragon "pick". That joke is tired and old, and not really clever anymore. They need to surprise us! If we can guess what they're going to do, it's not a very good joke.
