  1. 49 Runecrafting attained. I'll start posting pics of my levels when I'm back on my old computer.
  2. I still say there's no real problem with there being a finite amount of expensive items. Untradable items, I can understand your frustration at not getting say...the the scythe, or whatever. It's impossible for you to obtain, it's cool, you want it. You're frustrated, I get it. But with your suggestion on how to deal with the rares, I don't agree with. First of all, imagine all those players who've saved up tons of money and had bought their rare back when they were higher in prices (Blue Phat 500m?). They'd lose tons of money and would feel ripped off. Sure they made 300m instantly (or more), but they still get the butt-end of the deal from losing so much coin they earned. Also, I was wondering why rare and expensive items bother you so much. Sure there's a small amount of people who "didn't have to work for billions of gp". But I honestly say that was a twist of fate. No one knew the price would soar for these items. Jagex didn't do anything about it years past, why mess with everyone now? You want one of those party hats? Work for your gp, don't waste your time complaining because a few people got of easy by chance. Cause you know what? I BET you, if you had picked up 50 Phats and kept them until now, you would be on the other side of this argument.
  3. That could be a viable "solution" for rares that are tradable. Of course, you'd be having lots of people with massive amounts of money, cause they'd be selling all their items. If Party hats were in constant supply, no one would want to buy one at 300m, cause it wouldn't be rare. And then no one would buy santa hats or whatever after a while too, cause who wants a hat that everyone has and waste 14mil for it? As for the untradable situation, I don't even know why you're discussing it still. Highly unlikely that Jagex will sympathize with you on this and start doling out every single holiday item everyone has missed. the more you suggest it, the more you sound like "Boohoo, I wasn't playing Runescape at a certain point in my life and missed free items, so Jagex should give them to everyone again." You missed out, sorry dude, but hike up your pants and tell yourself you'll never miss another holiday event again so that you're not in the same situation. While I still kick myself for missing the rubber chicken, I'm not going to go ballistic and whine for items.
  4. Thanks Hippodo, for the GL and Birthday wishes xD Edit: 48 Runecrafting achieved, only 2.8k more ess to go!
  5. +1, I'm also curious if you do/have powermined to get levels =P Also, great music video. Very well made~ Keep up the great work! Only 2 more levels to go!!!!
  6. Gratz on the level. Hope your foot isn't too badly hurt? :( Get better <3
  7. Thank you =) And I just attained 47 Runecrafting too xD
  8. Though I have picked up some good items (Power ammy, str pots, lobs, etc) from looting, I don't see it as worth the time ;)
  9. Extremely useful guide =D Thanks a bunch!
  10. Bump for NJE's bloggeh.
  11. Man you should update your Bank pic too =P Oh, and good luck on your Crafting, eh? ;)
  12. He's right. I'm currently selling about 3000 tiaras from my recent bout in Crafting and I'm also selling Iron plates. Though both things are at the lowest price, they move slowly, so one more GE box couldn't hurt.
  13. Thanks Cup_Lion :) Also, new Runecrafting level! 46 =D Just 4.7k more ess to go for 50...(I'm making Fires)
  14. I wasn't directing the post at you, but you jokingly calling it a half-demo or whatever set me off, so sorry if I offended you =\ And we ARE getting a new CEO, he's the one who said that F2P isn't a demo and all that...
  15. I think what F2P needs is to stop being called a demo. It's been said, by a Jagex official, that F2P is not and was never meant to be seen as a demo. Jagex totally sees F2P as a game in it's own, why do others not see it that way? I guess it matters not at the time being, because they're changing F2P... Still, it just irks me whenever some ignorant fool decides to describe F2P as a demo, regardless of what the new CEO said in his post.
  16. Good luck on the very desirable 85 Mining ;)
  17. Going against my last post; 45 Runecrafting!
  18. What's the name of the song called. Thanks btw for a new page I went to youtube...and I guess the name of the song was Sunshine in a Bag lol. And you're welcome! What, Clint Eastwood? By the Gorillaz?
  19. Yes, but you realize that you cannot obtain it now, and yet you're not complaining and sulking and rioting, right? :P So then the OP really has no reason to "defend the little guy" because no one's complaining that they don't have the items. Sure, some agree that it's be cool to have all the items they didn't obtain, but other than that I don't see anyone really stressed out over it. Aside from the OP. So I think that this whole thread is probably because the OP wants a scythe or something and can't get one so he decides to suggest that everyone gets all the holiday items.
  20. Sure, go ahead =) But I warn you, I haven't been on lately, so it may be a while before I log in again :P
  21. No, you're not. I was in the right place at the right time, but some people weren't, and I'm defending them. Someone has to stand up for the little guy. Um, you know, I've never actually seen anyone complain about how they don't have "x holiday item from x holiday". I get compliments on my items usually, but never do I see "Awww, I wish I were there to get one..." And, can I also point out that by you saying "the little guy", it's stating that people who want all the holiday items are a minority. Last time I checked, Jagex doesn't exactly cater to the minority that well. And if I'm bringing Jagex into this, I might as well go ahead and say they won't do what you're suggesting.
