Ranged didn't give hitpoints exp back in classic.

I haven't seen too many people use the slash option with dragon dagger. And that is without doubt the most used speccing weapon.

I'm not sure of an alternate training method for you but I can tell you that if you intend on praying at bandits you'll be wasting a lot of money with your stats that low and if you intend to tank at bandits you won't be lasting long. you should look into training at rock crabs. Or Yaks if you can.

Wind bolt? What happened to Wind Strike? If you use wind strike in PVP, anyone can attack you at any time, this is to prevent exactly what their doing lol. But people find new ways, like upgrading to the next best thing. It wasn't even hard to predict that would happen. I don't know why Jagex even bothered changing wind strike.

There's more trolls on TIF than the RSOF (although most of the tip.it trolls are actually pretty funny), you'll get used to it. In answer to your question I think it's all the Grand Exchange's fault. Now players don't really have to interract with others unless they're arguing about how a certain resource is 'theirs' or killing a player etc.

selective perception, if you have higher attack you will hit more often on average no level 60 attack has a chance against 99 attack in a successful attack contest (granted you may need a very large sample to tell how much more effective) 99 attack is like 12.7M more exp than 60 attack. The increase in effectiveness should be made much more noticeable.

If jagex replaced the baby black dragons with level 70 baby green dragons which only dropped baby dragon bones I'm sure you would still complain.

60 is the most accurate attack level I've ever had.
