It'd be good if you could use them in normal F2P and safe PVP, like clan wars, with an option to turn members items off. There's no point in having them in a F2P PVP world because that would be completely unfair and would lead to more people quitting than more people signing up to members. But if they could be used for like training in F2P and safe PVP that could be quite fun. But you HAVE to be a member to use members items on F2P, so if you lose membership whilst wielding your AGS you can't use it. For the first few days members would cram in F2P trying out all their weapons but once the hype dies down and people realise that instead of using their GS on moss giants they could go to armoured zombies instead it would be back to normal and just a novelty. And F2Pers can have the option to turn off members items when duelling, clan warring etc.

The idea of captcha was to stop Macroing (which didn't work anyway), macroers generally aren't in any rush to get their run energy back, and it'd just annoy everyone else. As others have stated I assume it will be somewhat like the Lunar spell, where we'll just sit down for an increased rate of recovery (maybe 2 or 3 times, can't be too high). So that we can choose to wait for our energy to recover or we can speed it up by resting which would involve captcha.

What I think is that it'll be similiar to fatigue. Like, for instance, if you're at 0% run energy you click on rest and then enter the random word generated. You'll then recover a set amount (perhaps all) of run energy. They didn't need to add it until they were ready to implement it so it's obvious they want us to speculate about it.

Are you talking about being able to use X amount of bones on a gilded alter or being able to turn X amount of prayers on at once? I think both are good updates for non-pvp.

I'm not even F2P but if they took out eagle eye and mystic might that's stupid. Especially for the 3 lamest prayers.

Yeah but my level 85 account would devastate you lol :thumbup: . During the level 80-90's range, melee accounts are close to useless against tanks. The most I can see it a 50:50 win:lose ratio. I made my level 85 with the express purpose of downing people with defence. And I do it often. In other words, ddp++ spec on 1 defense pure = PWNT thats why the smart pures usually get 40-45 defense. Wrong. And 40 - 45 defence isn't pure. It's freaking pure when you've got 99 attack and strength, it's all proportional. Plus you sorta want a high enough combat level 90+ so that you actually get decent drops in PvP, so what If you own people like hell with 1 defense at an extremely low cb lv, you ain't getting jack [cabbage] in drops. Haven't you ever seen a rune-ags pker? Lol I have a maxed berserker pker, I know what's pure and what isn't.

Wrong. The guy with 99 Strength can hold a Whip, which beats the average guy's 70 defenses. If it's 70 70 80 vs 70 99 1 then defense would be better. I hope you realise that 70 99 1 is about 70 cmb. 70 70 80 is a lot more. No one would fight with that much level difference. Def will WIN almost every time. However it will hardly KO. No KO = no point. :roll: 70 99 1 (with 44 pray) would be around 80 cb. 70 70 80 (again with 44 pray) would be around..95 cb? So we should make it 99 99 1 vs 70 70 80. Thats my whole point. Theres a big cmb difference that people don't consider, they just assume def wins but don't realise that its because of the gross cmb difference. Yep. 70 70 80, if broken down in levels, has 29 strength levels lower than the pure, same attack level and 79 defence levels higher lol. Going to be quite a difference in combat level.
