  1. Don't cry about it dude.
  2. Those who have accounts with access to RSC should be able to sign up a different account to it (and get w/e special item they bring out for RSC players on it). It's lame that I only have an adamant long and 63 def on it.
  3. He did say "I remember" which implies that this was a long time ago  When was this? >.> i believe it was in rsc when mage wasnt an actually main skill but a side one you could attack with melee and you would mage as fast as u could click on the spell and then on the person during the "three turn rule" (three attacks before running or eating) Oh, you mean back in the day. I thought you meant early RS2. I'm not familiar with how Classic worked, well not that specifically at least. Basically armour had no negative magic attack bonuses. So people would be decked out in full defence gear while maging as fast as any other combat style. RSC also had a different way of levelling combat so you could be high defence and high magic while low everything else (they also tended to have very low hp). 70 defence/35 hitpoints/80 magic = 36 cb. For example a completely maxed tank mager at 99 defence 99 hitpoints 99 magic would be 62 combat. And as you can guess they would destroy ANY level 62 main/pure no matter which combat style they used (pures didn't use magic back then). You couldn't use ranged in combat either. Tbh every type of player was deadly in RSC. Pures destroyed, Mages destroyed it was an ongoing circle that Jagex got rid off when it came to RS2.
  4. What's good about the granite mace? Haven't had a chance to try it.
  5. They can't re-open it without adressing the problems of all the autoers who i believe still play, if they were to ban them then there'd be no-one playing. There's a big difference between wanting to re-open RSC and actually doing it, it never should have been closed to begin with, i think it was very shrewd by Jagex, people were almost forced into RS2 without having the option of returning, even i put my items on RS2 and decided to re-earn them on Rsc, though i did that purely for financial reasons and never actually used the items or in fact bothered to play rs2. Unfortunately i think RSC has had it's day, but look on the bright side, if you were there... What a 'day' it was :) They said they would give everyone cheat codes to get anything they wanted thus destroying any point in autoing.
  6. Try the fatigue system for a while and you might not mind randoms so much.
  7. Newb = New Player Noob = Stupid or annoying player. A lvl 23 can be a newb, but not a noob. A lvl 88 isn't a newb. but could be a noob. lvl 88 can be a newb. Not unless they bought their account. Level 88 can = 70 70 70. Pretty newby.
  8. When I started a pure all the way back in RSC the excitement of high frequent hits against other pures (we were all using rune 2handed swords) made combat very fun. After several mistakes this pure eventually went on to become my current main. When I got 99 att/def/str I was only fighting people with the same boringly high stats. That's when I created my second pure (which failed). My first decent 'pure' account which I enjoyed more than anything else was my berserker pure (45 defence). I did most of my pking on him. About a year later, when the wilderness was destroyed I got 70 defence on my zerker pure, ruining the account. Ever since then I've always had 1 defence accounts. Whenever I create a new pure I always want to make it 45 defence but as I raise in levels it feels like a waste of a good 1 def account. So basically my reason for multiple accounts is fun. Entertainment. Pking on a maxed main is incredibly boring whereas pking on a low defence account is thrilling (and not just pking, any form of combat tbh). Most of my combat these days is either in clan wars or scheduled pvp trips/DMs (where I and another agree to fight to the death) due to pjers sucking the fun out of pvp worlds. Downing people who are decked out in bandos/barrows armour whilst you're wearing robes is very fun. Especially for me where I'm in a tight circle of other pures/zerkers so we're all low defence downing mains. I did have a tank ranger at one point but I've since realised that defence just isn't for me. I tend to have around 3 or 4 decent 1 defence accounts at any one time in case I have to drop one of them because of accidental defence levels. I also like the unique part of being a high level 1 defence pure as we're rather rare. Most are 20+ def.
  9. A new skill complete with master of it with cape that can't be started would be cool. April Fools day items aren't discontinued. Are you new to RuneScape or something? Take a visit to Draynor one of these days.
  10. A popular one in the good old days was to put up the item, wait for the victim to put up the cash/item, decline the trade screen and say it was an accident. Then trade them again, wait for them to put up money and then quickly put up the new item and accept straight away. Even today there would be no red exclamation mark.
  11. first off you are a defense noob stupid defense noob aka a a noob at defense any lvl1 skill=noob therefore 1def=defnoob  also you'll get called a def noob only if you are wearing iron and your opponent hits multiple 0s with addy arrows or rune schim... (i got called a def noob by a mage before?) Lol you R-tard. Defence noob = Relying on defence.
  12. 3hitm4g3u replied to yanksrule's topic in Rants
I know what you mean, it happens to me as well, but on maxthon internet explorer instead of firefox. Just suck it up and reload the page.
  13. I would probably go all the way for the lulz.
  14. I remember when Magic was overpowered with the same spells we have now. Level 35 tank magers downing level 80's and 90's.
  15. low xp? You dont get more than 60k xp per hour at ape atoll if the xp rates he tell are right. I assume if you're failing alot you're not getting 60k xp per hour.
  16. I have a scythe on my main. Haven't played on that account for a very long time.
  17. In all the many pure clans I've been in we've always had several (unofficial) circles of pkers who in times of war come together instead of one main group. The Warlords control all groups and the leader/s control the Warlords (Although different clans have different rank systems. In FOE the warlord rank is seen as a leader rank but in MM warlord is just the first stepping stone of promotion). So overall in a clan where I have some friends already in there I would say Power > Community.
  18. We also have staking  .
  19. New pures = Mains btw.
  20. Tbh the only part of your rant that stood out to me was this. Which is why I always do 50/50  .
  21. I absolutely detest PJers. It's not so much the act of PJing which irks me, but more the fact that their source of entertainment is ruining the enjoyment of others. The real life world would be better without those types of people (the people who derive pleasure from others pain). No, I'm not saying Pjers are going to hell with RL murderers. They go even lower ;) .
