  1. You could also do what I do and write awesome stuff instead of boring stuff.
  2. With the imminent release of new mage and range abilities, that won't necessarily be true for very long.
  3. Because full rewards moves the game forward to the 6th age, certainly events need to of happened. I wonder how the quest looks/ends to someone who has done no quests whatsoever. Exactly the same, the quests just get you the title, slayer dungeon and '6th age circuit' (which is our indicator of the year/age having moved on) from what people have said anyways. Though logic-wise it would be very problematic. 1) Juna recognising you - How's that without ToG? 2) The Crux Eqal - Again how without right quests? 3) Sliske - Treating you like you met before, again how without rotm 4) Azzandra, Enhkara, Anthankos, Wahisitel and Char - how without the right quests to free them/reveal them? All in all it really seems like aside from 140cmb the base quest should really require ROTM + Firemaker's Curse + ToG (don;t think it appears in rotm reqs) just to make all the npcs make sense. It's simple really, the other quests are in the past, so when you do TWW, it's after you've already done everything else, even if you haven't done anything else.
  4. I wish they would just make it nondegradable. I don't see why it's a given that everything has to degrade.
  5. They've got pretty robust defense, but I wasn't having any trouble killing the melee ones from safespots. Well, except that without Chain and Dragonbreath I didn't have enough basic abilities for a full rotation, so that was annoying.
  6. There's where your reasons break down. It's not supposed to be high end-game content at all. This is supposed to be a world-changing event that affects everybody everywhere.
  7. Get the cape and staff from the Mage Arena. That should work. Or if you've done the Morytania tasks, you can use a Citharede Symbol instead of the Ghostspeak Ammy.
  8. nope No, you can get more than one, or no, you can only get one?
  9. Can't you still only get one random per day?
  10. You have two real options. You can do hunter; draconic and carrion jadinkos both have about a 2% drop rate for ugune seeds. Or you can do firemaking, and attract carrion jadinkos while repelling common jadinkos. Since we're ruling out hunter, that leaves firemaking. Have at it. (Technically you could also do woodcutting and chop mutated vines, but you have to be paying super-close attention to when the vines change and it's a pain in the ass, and firemaking is probably faster anyway.)
  11. The main upside of bonecrusher + necklace is cutting down on micromanagement, really. It's essentially just automating your potion-drinking.
  12. Kickstarters tend to get a bump in voting around the end. Wouldn't be surprised to see something like that here.
  13. Well, they were always an integral part of the game, as they are now, and 2007 is no exception to this. If the point is to recreate 2007, why wouldn't rares be there? 1. They were never an integral part of the game 2. Same reason scythes and bunny ears won't be there
  14. Yes, but there's hardly anyone there anyway, so there's nobody to notice, care, or complain.
  15. I haven't done the update, could you put it in spoiler-tags? That sounds interesting. That sounds to me more like he was mocking Zaros's already-established moniker.
  16. Some of the demons are Zamorakian and some of them are Zarosian. You can tell which is which by looking at their names; Zamorakian demons all have an asterisk. How does the Jade Statue work? The wiki says it boosts by 1%, but there aren't any missions that give 100 trade goods. Is it just +1?
  17. And after Ritual of the Mahjarrat adds the seventh brother, you still only need six kills to get the maximum rewards, so you can skip one.
  18. Haven't tested or anything, but I believe they've said that passive effects will only work on auto-attacks.
  19. The main benefit of Equilibrium is that it reduces overkill. It has diminishing returns depending on the ratio of your damage output and the monster's HP. The update played haywire with both of those, so who knows? I haven't heard of any new research or math regarding its effectiveness in the new system. Regarding the likelihood of new auras: word from Jagex is, if I recall, that they're not sure what to do about the future of the loyalty program. There haven't been new loyalty items since March, where previously they were being rolled out every three months. Bank boosters have been promised for a while, but they have yet to show up. Solomon's store has been stealing the loyalty shop's thunder, basically. In the long-term, I think there's a good chance new auras will be released eventually, but in the short-term, I wouldn't hold my breath. Using your points now is a good strategy because you can take advantage of the discount to get value.
