Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Sure it is. You get your own television show and MTV pays for pretty much anything you could ever need to take care of a child. Even outside of that, having a child is certainly something to be proud of. I realize not everyone wants it, but it's not something to be ashamed of in any situation.

Marijuana Legalization
You're not technically harming anyone but yourself with alcohol (unless you're drunk driving, and driving high can have similar consequences).

Tattoo general
I've merged the two topics - the bizarre tattoo thread was actually originally a spambot but it was taken over by everyone to basically be a thread for any tattoo discussion - so I don't think we need two threads!

Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
I agree to some extent - I think Israel can certainly improve their situation but it's not all on them. No matter how well they act there's still an obvious and justified resentment on the part of the palestinians.

Marijuana Legalization
Yeah it wouldn't surprise me at all to see tobacco banned (or at very least cigarettes) within the next 20-30 years.

Cars with driver's side on the right side.
Because it's relevant to which side you shift on based on what side the steering wheel is on.

[TF2] It's MANN Vs. Machine!
Huh. Seems pretty cool.

Cars with driver's side on the right side.
Yeah, I think I'd prefer shifting with my dominant hand.

England Riots
Yeah, I can't see that being effective anyway. This is a classic case of forcing what worked pre-internet on the internet, which never works.

Anonymous Vows Destruction of Facebook
Google+ is probably worse then facebook. With AdSense as popular as it is google+ is basically just a personal information farm to make google the true #1 in targeted advertising. I subbed anyway but kept my personal info minimal.

Anonymous Vows Destruction of Facebook
Obviously, but mass deletions hurt them anyways.

Agreed. I deleted mine ages ago.

Ignored user quotes
It's not possible because a quote isn't considered a separate entity, really...if that makes sense. Clicking the quote button just generates the tags and puts the last post inside them - the forum doesn't necessarily "know" that someone has been quoted and once the post is there viewing the topic will just display it as is - it's not re-parsed for stuff like quotes after the initial posting.

Ignored user quotes
Nope.

Anonymous Vows Destruction of Facebook
I know how a denial of service attack works, thanks. And I'm saying facebook can handle such a large number of requests that you would have to simulate an additional 20million + users in order to even have any kind of noticeable effect. The 30+ million posts in the last 7 months would like to disagree with you. Way to misquote me. I know /b/ is quite popular - but it's nowhere near the hits facebook gets.

What is it? The link isn't working for me..

UNBELIEVABLE

Anonymous Vows Destruction of Facebook
Facebook is used to handling (rough estimate) probably 10 million simultaneous users. If you wanted to be at all sure of being able to bring it down you'd need to add (or simulate) probably another 20-30 million. That's enormous. I don't think that many people even browse /b/. Not to mention that almost all of them probably use FB so they have a reason not to bring it down.
