You're right beside a teleport, banking is faster than using slow damaging guthans. As for gear, a chaotic rapier would be better if you can be bothered to get it. Obsidian cape has slightly better def than legends (+9 vs +7 I think). If you want you could use verac's brassard (decent defence and +4 prayer, prossy is +7) or just use a barrows platebody but you're probably better off just taking the damage and saving ppots with prossy. You're already 99 mage and can use an iron titan, melee wfs in the chaos tunnels with turmoil and soul split.

Get rapier. No idea why you would want a bgs for slayer. DFS is only good for skeletal wyvern tasks, which require 72 slayer. Use a dragon defender. Use duradel in shilo village, and kuradel once you get 75 slayer.

Prayer won't be useless, just far less useful, 400% is still better than 350%. And I think you can burry bones faster than offer-X offers bones, though it's been a long time since I burried anything. Thieving brawlers... will be worth 30k. On the other hand there will be a much higher chance of finding fallen stars in the wilderness, which is the best way to use mining brawlers. Edit: Wc brawlers are also getting nerfed, no more sawmill.

Magic prayer doesn't help with metal dragonfire anyway. 50% protection on leathers.

I want to use them now, knowing jagex, they may receive reduced usefulness.

If you don't mind the micromanagement you could bring sw cape and spirit cape, equipping the spirit cape only when scrolling. You'd lose an inventory space but the supplies saved would obviously be more than that 1 slot. Edit: KB states it's a 20% cost reduction, which is indeed very significant.
