Elementals, perhaps? Slyphs would be a good idea... Golems? Iron, Rock, etc.

[Hide=Aether's history] A short while after supreme ruler of the world Fastortoise was tragically killed in an accident involving a cloned T-rex and a few satellites, one man with a vision came to rule Iran through unknown means. After expanding Iran’s territory into two neighbouring countries, He renamed his nation Aether, who was the Greek god of the upper air, space, in a way. This was a rather fitting name, considering Aether’s future. The ruler of Aether began to show a keen interest in mechanical labour and artificial intelligence. Whether he had actually ever seen the Terminator movies is still unknown to this very day. The kingdom of Aether, being the most advanced country in the world in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence, came to realise that they no longer appreciated the human form. Millions of years of evolution for something which was, in their eyes, substandard compared to these machines. They decided that it needed to be changed, and thus began the grand conversion, where everyone in the kingdom would have their mind uploaded into a machine. They dubbed themselves ‘Mechos’ and began to look towards the stars for a new homeworld. After a few years of searching they located a system which was relatively isolated and perfect to begin anew (This was the Sega-Res system), so they began to transfer every Mechos possible to this new system, specifically the planet Zypherius, where a city was slowly being built for them. [/hide] Amidoinitrite? (Before anyone asks, yes I have seen the Terminator movies)

Doom should be back to start the new thread soon.

Spheres are, shards aren't. Thought I imagine it would take very little research to create the shards.

Dyson shards are essentially what make up the dyson spheres. Its just a fragment of it. No discout for mass buying, since I doubt a starting up civilisation could afford to mass buy anyway.

Doesn't saying "I'm the humblest person on the forum" kind of cancel out the meaning of the word humble?

What I'm saying is that eventually, Hex will begin to be a douche to everyone else because he inflated his ego with his imaginary people worshipping him. He'll end up creating random tech thats set to blow up random stuff that makes absolutely no sense and then we'll have to pile on him again. (Althought I will admit, I was getting a little bit too "Into it" there.)

And stops people from understanding the real history of the universe. I mean, seriously, if you weren't trying to portray yourself as a god, I'd be okay with it, but people should have the right to know how the universe was created. Saying you deliver presents/eggs, I don't care about, but I don't want to have a Hyperinflated Egowhore on the thread.

Wow. I have no more comments. I look forward to fighting a war with you in the future, but I'd rather leave it for 20 years or so first. I believe war would be much more fun once we have had some time to develop our forces and expand our empires.

, it gives me good morale and it's a nice peice of culture. Also there entitled to say something about the real universe but these are unregarded and looked down upon (like the people are scientologists) That's sick. Thats an utter disregard for basic human rights, and I really hope you never get put in charge of people in real life.

Hex, thats almost exactly whats happening in Korea. "Hex created the world, children." "I thought the world formed from dust and other particles clumping together Miss...." "Shush, do you want your blasphemy to get us all killed, you stupid child!" Also, Rocco, my carrier ships can carry 35,000 people, and I have 12 of them at the moment. I plan to build around 60 and it will still take me 40 years to move all of my people. There is no way in hell you can get everyone to your new planets in 25 years, no matter how close they are, especially considering that my carriers hold so many people because they don't need life support and such, meaning I can basically pack them in like sardines.

What I said does not imply that I think its a good thing. I think what is happening in Korea is horrible and should be stopped. People aren't even allowed an opinion, they're basically faceless drones.

Reminds me of Korea. Teaching your people that you're a god.

I would let you blag a ship to claim a planet, but unfortunately, my ships don't have life support. I can still let you use the (Albeit small) space left in my shipyard to build things if you want.

I like it. I have my stuff ready, we just need the map now, and we can make the thread. I PMed Wongtong and Dizzle, because I remember them wanting to join before the switchover, and we said that it'd be better to join in the new thread.

That is your choice. For all it matters, you could start over with your entire civilisation being named New Hope. Or, you could slowly change your race using a logical method.
-

That would be explained in your civilisations backstory.

I'm thinking that each system gets its own hide tag. That can be done later, though, its not priority. A gas giant in the Bail system is listed twice. Sorry about the wierd line spacing in the planet type lists, blame that on notepad.

I think my shipyard in the Sega-Res system is completed by now, so I'll have it begin production of Helios orbs for the defense of that system. It will also produce 1 Exeos ship per year, bumping the rate up to 3 per year total. Elysium has begun its seperation, and each piece will make the journey to Sega-Res and reassemble in two days from now, it will then start producing Cataclysm III. 140,000 civilians will also be sent to claim the minor arctic planet in Sega-Res (Orojike)

I think I still have a piece of that? I'll sell mine as well, since I'm migrating away from Earth anyways. Just throw me an offer.

There is a way you could side with demons. Pledge a Blood-Oath to serve under Lucifer for all eternity.

Pies, I'd like to give you some funding for your space station and for your space project in general. 15 billion has been sent to Iceland. Ps, over the next 30 years, Sere will be buying my land on Earth as well, since my population is being moved. They'll all be moved after about 40 years, probably less since I'm using the funding from selling the land to build more ships.
