  1. Range. I was actually doing some calculations to figure something out, and I noticed that void melee is not actually all that useful at all. Even with a godsword, where percentage bonuses should matter most, bandos, neit and barrows gloves came off better Void had +3 slash bonus over bandos, but bandos had an extra 8 strength. Void melee is really only useful where bandos can't be used for melee, such as waterfiends and Tormented demons.
  2. RoW does NOT lower your chances of a pair of claws, it actually increases them. Okay, dragon lump alch value is 18k, claws are 81k. I hope you all know the two wheel drop rate theory? Okay, the ring of wealth does not help you get onto the second "Rare" wheel, but it increases the chances of getting a more valuable drop once you are on the wheel. Now, since it determines the value with its alch value, basic logic dictates that the ring of wealth increases the chances of getting dragon claws. Why not use it?
  3. I think giving the cat/kitten milk will turn it back into a normal cat.

FINAL FANTASY IS ALL THE WIN.
  5. DING DING DING. You sir, are practically perfect to be the new leader of B.A.I.T after the last leaders "Accident". You mean the incident with a turkey weilding a knife? Yes....that incident....

  7. Okami for the Wii. Its a brilliant game, with an excellent graphic style. One of, if not, the greatest game on the Wii.

I used to be a Nintendo Fanboy, although lately I have been seeing some of Nintendo's problems. Mainly the enormous amount of crap that they allow onto the Wii.
  9. Dunno if Skies of Arcadia has been mentioned. I loved that game.
  10. There is no point in using guthans for soloing, and yeah 70 prayer would help far more than a bcp. Then buy torags armor Guthans is cheaper and same stats kthx I never said use it for the set bonus... Skirt has a defense loss over torags legs.
  11. Research on Exoskeleton technology has yielded another breakthrough, with an un-named suit capable of moving at around 55-60 MPH on foot, unfortunately, to allow this extra speed, all of the weapons systems have had to be taken off, and they no longer have jumpjets, so whatever weapons they carry must be held by the person. They are currently undergoing field testing. Another sector of Faroe is closed off, due to suspected radiation leaks... Research on railguns has been completed, and some of the Exobreaker A-3's have been converted to use them. The conversions are that all other weapons aside from the basic pistol have been taken off, and a large battery pack has been attached to power the railgun. They have also been given increased aiming capabilities. I have dubbed the converted Exobreakers "Shockwave suits". Some citizens became restless and began rioting when a squad of Exobreakers moved through the city en route to a military base, saying that they were mechanical monsters. These mobs were quickly subdued by the police forces and convinced of the machines use in battle and construction. Although after the event, there is a lot of unease in the area. Just an update from Iran, regarding weaponary breakthroughs and some citizen affairs.
  12. Your agility is 60... Try aiming for 75 or 80, see how you feel, and if you like the skill. If you do, go for it, but until then, I wouldn't be thinking of 60-99.
  13. Really need to work on summoning and prayer.
  14. Its about 1:250~ Having had a couple of tasks myself, and looking at other peoples droplogs, it looks to be around 1:250
  15. Heh. I think that should work. Just an update on Iran's status. 1.1 million total troops, 650,000 in active service, 450,000 in reserve. 1100 tanks, 650 aircraft, roughly 100 ships of different varieties. 5500 Exobreaker A-3 suits, hidden in bunkers around Iran, roughly 500 more stored on Faroe Island, and a newly developed suit is undergoing testing as we speak. Poverty is at an all time low 0.8%, graduation rates risen by 15%. There is currently little religious influence on my citizens, due to propoganda designed to draw attention away from it. (This is due to conflicting religions in Iran, I believe there is less bloodshed this way) Overall living conditions are good... Crime rates have remained the same... Immigration into the country has slightly increased, and immigration out has decreased. (If any of this sounds unreasonable, feel free to point it out)
  16. To be honest, who really cares about dying in pest control..?
  17. FINISH NAO. Lucky noob...
  18. No. your soloscape idea sucks. Being social is part of an MMORPG, remove the socialising, you might as well have some generic console based game. Not a good idea at all. EDIT: I just read your other posts. You say runescape is too easy and other people have an advantage? YOU HAVE THAT ADVANTAGE AS WELL, ITS UP TO YOU IF YOU USE IT OR NOT.
  19. Again? Since when was mage EVER overpowered? since ancients, if you ever learnt how to use them properly mmhm....when ancients first came out we didnt have furies or super powerfull c bows...o dont think fremmy rings either......ancients were powerfull..(was it before the whip? i dont really remember) u could freeze someon for 30seconds and hit a 30 -.-..blood barrage would sap their health and add a portion to your own..smoke would poison them and of course shadow lowerds there attack (thus stacking)......i dont thin many people used shadow........but blood and ice was common ....smokes poison is nice but the added runes imo were a waster unlees u brought tllies anyways...since then weve gotten god swords dragon claws..cross bow update.......EVERY CLASS has gotten new weapon upgrades or armours expet mages..../there still the only class thats max is a 30 and yes THEY "can" be powerfull still...but u dont have the ko option other classes do all mages really got is farcasting....and well rangers got that as well (just not as far..ancients can go really far >.<) so in short c bow update made range a god skill...... godswords helped balance melle back out to the rangers mad hits ..expensive swords though >.< d claws overe powered melle spec and k0 options...kinda cheap but w\e and d bow really cant stand up to the claws and well mage has yet to recive anything new armour or weapon wise (Steam staf doesnt count -.-) back OT: the ranging amulet is truly not that big of an upgrade..but +5 atk bonus iis a respectable amount....i mean hell we all paid 1m+ for warrior rings adn thats only +4.... You totally miss the point of this. A skilled mage can be incredibly powerful, if he uses spell stacking, which regularly hits 50+. Said mage can also efficiently safespot rangers, as well as melee users, and effectivly pin them to the safespot position. So, you can't move, you're being hit for massive amount of damage, and you can't hit them back. They have also poisoned you, and totally healed all the damage you did previously. ... And you say mages have no KO potential?
  20. I made a blanket "welcome all donations of money or scientists or anything" for the R&D portion these past two years, so I am going to give a blanket "thank you" to everyone who donated. I was on vacation for a lot of that time and haven't kept track of who gave what, and I don't want to thank some specifically and miss others. The module building will be different, I am going to keep track of exactly how many modules everyone builds. Why is this different? Well if you build a module you get to name it :D . Each ring consists of 24 modules so I am just going to give one name to the ring I build. These are just modules, the entire project will be named by Brazil since they are the ones who started the project (the funding I originally gave at the very beginning of the game to the New World Order was for sustainable space station colonies, the original research could be used for this project but it is different than I had planned). EDIT: One module costs about $6 billion to build and takes a year. However, if you want to donate the $6 billion over a few years that would be fine also. You can use Faroe Islands mass driver if you like? It hasn't seen much use as of yet. Also, lol'd at The United States randomly exploding.
  21. Okay, whatever then. By the way, you may want to rethink the crude oil thing, since nopec has been driving the oil prices up in an effort to cut the dependancy on it. Most nations have now resorted to nuclear power, and I suggest you do the same.
  22. How exactly is a handheld railgun powered? Unless you've developed a nuclear reactor that fits into a gun, I doubt that thing would work. Also, recoil would be different than a normal gun, since in a real gun, the gases released from the propellant are pushing it forward, but in a railgun, the magnets are pulling it forward. I haven't taken many physics classes, so i don't know what difference that would really make. The ruler of South Africa has 8 hours to post before I invade or otherwise begin conquering their country. Hmm... Okay, I hadn't thought of the recoil thing, but it could be powered by a battery pack attached to the back of one of my suits? Of course, it wont be able to fire much before needing to be recharged... As for the recoil, wouldn't a projectile moving that quickly have some effect on the air both in front and behind the pellet? I'll check into it.
  23. I could sell you some of my Exobreaker A-3 suits, if you would like?
  24. Schematics are strictly not for sale. Also, tamper guards prevent reverse engineering, they must be sent to Faroe for repairs and upgrades, if you try to open them up, they will fry all of their circuitry and wiring, making them all but useless. Once the next upgrade is complete, I will begin selling schematics for earlier designs, but the latest models must be bought directly from Iran.
  25. Iran has completed a prototype handheld railgun, name undecided yet. Capable of firing an aliminium pellet at around 1760 M/S, it is incredibly powerful, but can't be used without an Exobreaker suit, otherwise the recoil would probably kill you. Also, uses a hell of a lot of electricity to fire. I am in the process of mounting it to the arms of some of the Exobreaker A-3s. I am aware that the USA had already completed a prototype railgun before the Hegemony, for use in the navy, but I can assure you, I have not taken any of their tech.
