  1. maybe it did ;).... Nah, sorry for my grammer fial :)
  2. OK well i've quit RS, I don't know if it will be permanent, but if I do come back, it will be later rather than sooner. I've quit for various reasons, including: Partying ;), Job, Social Life, Best mate getting attacked by a gang of older lads with police involved (he's lucky to have vision in his right eye....), and my drinking/smoking. A lot of bad stuff In Real Life has happened to me, and I feel like RS cannot continue to be a part of my life. So I've decided to remove some rares from the game, lucky you: Originally my goal was to get max F2P combat (126) and quit, sadly I've failed. I managed to reach a mere 125 combat with 92 prayer \ in less than a year and a half and this being my first account. I've had some really good memories in RS, and here are my leaving stats: And my memories: [hide=] [/hide] And that's just for starters :P, my earlier achievements and memories include: [hide=] [/hide] It's been a good run I guess, obviously I'm more of a combat person =P Rate/Hate/Eat some Cake/Debate/anything with the suffix 'ate'
  3. I have 5 tabs on f2p. First tab is random unassignable junk, second is all melee armour, str pots and food, third is rmagic/range stuff, fourth is for my skillcapes and hoods, fifth is the members items 'that are too valuable to throw away but i should have sold them before i lost members'
  4. Emo is a dress style, a set of mannerisms, and an attitude. what I described is emo. Sure, not everybody that calls themselves "emo" are all that, that just means they're not completely emo, they're on the bandwagon but not for the whole ride Emo isn't a dress style, the dress style of emos is "fashioncore" or "fashionxcore". And no i'm not into the clothes, the mannerisms or the attitude that you'd assume was emo. I'm not emo, i'm not on the bandwagon, I have problems in my life, but hey so does everyone, I'll deal with them rather than make some bull up about how "no one understands the real me" despite having a wealthy suburban lifestyle. If you want to call someone emo, seriously you should know them in real life first =P if you met me you'd know instantly that i'm not \
  5. Snickers = Mars bar + peanuts Not that great a difference ;) unless you have a nut allergy :D
  6. there is a simple solution, just use saradomin brews to go over the max hp. Works, and isn't actually that expensive imo.
  7. Calling me an emo? I'd prefer you didn't launch accusations without knowing someone. Far from an emo, but I know people who ARE emo. And not all emos are like the stereotype you suggested. Can't handle the truth? your problem, not mine
  8. Originally derived from emotive hardcore or "emocore" a cross of punk and indie rock. It's an expression of emotion about life's problems, such as a divorce of your parents, money problems, etc. Those who can't find a real way to be an emo, will find a small, insignificant to normal people, problem with their life and make a big thing of it, in order to be "emo". Not all emo's are sad, many are actually happy, it's just about being your "inner self" or if you're a faker, following a fad.

Fighting a revenant is f2p is near on pointless to be honest. Max melee on f2p isn't enough to even kill a revenant demon easily. I wouldnt take much damage at all, but the constant healing would be a little [cabbage]
  10. lol i lol hate lol people lol who lol use lol lol lol too lol much lol but please start on word 2 and only read every other word. Anyway, people who do this in real life are called posers/fakers i.e. follow a trend until it's uncool again. I.e. the people who would turn emo just to get attention rather than what it stands for. I'd like to believe that people who over use words actually realise it, but hey maybe they don't and are instead blind, or it might be a nervous tick that they don't realise.... Internet tourettes? Fads deserve to be burnt, and posers even more.
  11. Kingbrooks, 125 cb is a pretty high level I think, and I think that's what the OP means by high levels. Just because I don't choose to skill, doesn't mean I don't know how to, or the best ways to skill. Anyway, Noob is an attitude not a level, Noob relates to game knowledge, I'm pretty sure that my knowledge of the game is greater than yours Larinro. I have helped lower levels than myself, regularly showing people where to go, how to make money etc. But sometimes I've just had a bad day, or If i'm just tired, then yeah, I'm a jerk to them, but when i was that level, I did my own thing, I didn't ask for so much help as to need someone to literally show me through the game. Also i get annoyed when low levels ask for help, then to be your friend, then straight away for money. Seriously, I can give help sure, but I just lost my membership and would have to delete 101 people in order to add you it isn't gonna happen, and no you can't have any of the money I earnt through my time. Even though I've retired from RS, i wont give people any of my money :twss:
  12. [yt]1q-k-uN73Gk[/yt] One of the worst covers, considering this was a previous version: [yt]1xARbuaOy7c[/yt]
  13. It would have been a good update for nerfing the 26k trick, but sadly it almost compleely nerfed any valuable item pking.
  14. i'll give you a 7 out of 10, as my level 125 main has a lower total than your account haha =P, check if you like, I ain't [cabbage]ting :) Anyway gratz on the 1400
  15. Do more clues. All of the last clues I ever did, were worth over 100k, several over 300k. Clues are based on luck, just because you get some bad ones, doesn't mean everyone is. If it takes you too long to do a clue, it's not worth doing. I take around 20 minutes to do a level 3 clue, hell i've done so many that I've solved puzzles boxes in 5 moves before. Get a good technique for clues, that will make it easier. It may be worth practising puzzle boxes on the internet just for practise and so you can see how they can be done. Eventually you might get a clue like this:
  16. im anti summoning. didnt do worlf whistle. 10/10 just for anti summoning.
  17. With max stats, it's unlikely that unless you happen to be facing idk... the corporeal beast, a 15 stack isn't going to happen. working on the possible max hit, they could be dead as soon as vengeance hits. Plus this isn't actually an instant 15 stack, therefore there is time to eat, and due to the fact that most GOOD pkers leave auto retaliate OFF, vengeance isn't going to happen, neither is recoil, or the enchanted helm. They will then have eaten, and your familiars special attack isn't going to KO them. Assuming that you haven't killed them by now, and good pkers know how to eat for their lives, It is impossible to 1 spec KO with dragon claws. Therefore making the spec pointless, especially when a 2 combo can kill an enemy just as easily (ice blitz + AGS spec).
  18. Being social, ah the irony of that. Incredibly there is something called "real life" where I go and meet old friends and new people continuously. Regularly going to PARTIES, having a laugh with people i've only just met, that IS social, however people have complained about my chat up line: Is that an AGS in my pocket, Or am I just happy to see you? No, seriously, being social to people I can actually see matters, I do occasionally indulge in conversation with lower levels on rs, but generally that ends up going back to them asking for help etc. I don't have time for it, also I've kind of quit rs now, just because it's boring. Social isn't a necessary part of a runescape existence. Social IS a necessary part of real life existence. Lets be social where it counts huh

Seriously, as i've kept saying the point isn't to beat them, it's to run from them. Revs in F2P aren't hard, but it's gonna take a long time if the most you can hit is 3
  20. funnisam replied to adam12055's topic in Rants
you know the hill in edgeville wildy where you would be if you went up the ladder to charge air orbs (?). On the west side surrounding the hill, obviously not on the hill, there are usually a quite a large amount of 120+s having fights
  21. funnisam replied to adam12055's topic in Rants
i just stand at the high level fights area in F2P bher in low level wilderness, just because it's fun to watch the rune 2hs, d scims/longs and d b axes fly.
  22. to be honest, the only reason jagex had a problem is that too much cash was being brought into the game and only 26k/76k at a time was going out. However if they add divisional affectors (i will explain) based on how much the person who dies was risking. Basically the most amount you can gain is however much is being risked, but as before, there are different affectors of the value of the drop. So say the person who dies is RISKING 750k, if the person who did the killing managed to get all the affectors 100%, then his maximum value drop is 750k +15%. 750k risk (by person who dies), possible affectors: -Place where the fight happened (hotspot or not, how many people are in the world, how many people are in the immediate vicinity that can attack both of you) -Impresiveness of the kill (a large amount of damage in a fast amount of time against someone WEARING high strength armour/amulets etc, with a high defense, gets the best reward. Also based on the other persons level, worn equipment, food left, near deaths etc). -Total damage divided by time in seconds (this is a unique factor, in that this only comes into play if the previous affector is insufficient. The more damage in the shortest time, the higher the reward from this affector, for instance if you do 480 damage in 240 seconds, then you have a ratio of 2, obviously this isn't an accurate figure, but for example it will suffice) -The appropriate levels of each combatant (so atk/str/magic wont affect the results of a range battle, just as range and mage wont affect a melee fight. The better rewards are for those of lower stats who manage to beat someone with higher stats) -How much the person who got the kill was risking (the actual maximum reward is based on the lowest of the two combatants) This would perfectly alleviate the 26k trick, as a maximum of only 26k +15% could be gained in a drop. Also real world traders would need to fill all affectors in order to be able to sell that much gold to someone, however, they are unlikely to do it in a crowded hotspot where they can both be attacked by many people, they are also unlikely to have an impressive kill without luck. The total damage divided by time in seconds may be high, but the levels are most likely too close to each other to make the reward very much in that affector. However another part of my suggestion is to make coins not affect the risk value. This would mean that: for instance, if the gold seller was selling 50m gp, then it would start off as 50m gp + 15% risk, so 57.5m gp is the risk, but gp doesn't affect risk, so the gold seller takes 50m in, with the gold buyer receiving nothing, as coins do not affect risk value. 50m in items also goes to 57.5m risk, but based on the affectors; in a non hotspot with few people, 15m is already lost from that value, taking it to 42.5m risk. The impressiveness of the kill would very unlikely be great, so another 10m is lost, taking this down to 32.5m risk. Total damage and amount of seconds taken, would most likely be close to full, so only 5m is lost from this factor, taking it to 27.5m risk. If the levels are almost identical then another 8m would be lost from this, taking it to 19.5m. So the max reward is now 19.5m, providing that the peson doing the killing is actually risking this, if for instance they are only risking 5m, then the max reward is 5m. The affectors would make REAL fights far fairer, as at current the highest value drop is 5m, but with this system, you could gain much larger drops if you had a great REAL fight. Oh and the amount of EP you have also affects the loot, so if you only have 20% EP, and the max reward was 5m, the max reward is now 1m. So 26kers and rwters are dealt with, leaving real pkers to get REAL loot. Problem solved? This would mean the person buying the cash had to have the amount of cash they wanted to buy available to risk, otherwise they cannot buy it, and could only buy their max amount of cash at any one time, but this also means they are risking that, and therefore could die with it, making a legitimate player receive more loot. Benefits: - Makes 26king pointless - Having your risk value as a factor means that only those willing to risk the same amount can also gain it, so those that are risking things such as bandos armour, get better rewards than those risking rune armour - Makes RWT impossible, except with extreme luck on the rwters part - More risk = More potentially lost from the economy, making items values stabilise or increase rather than DECREASE Problems: - Those pkers who do actually manage to kill far better equipped opponents cannot gain as much of the loot as they probably should I have also looked at brunokillers pvp loot system thread, and the recycling idea sounds very good, and could work with this system too. However that's just an observation. I would greatly appreciate any comments and suggestions. Especially on how it could be possible to make sure that real pkers get good loot, whilst rwters cant. sorry i'm kind of still hungover from sunday night when i was paraletic and i can't think straight atm :( Also an easy way to make rwting and 26king harder, even without this, would be to make it so that all hotspots are not near banks, or make a 20 second buffer for being attacked after entering a safe zone, otherwise it's unfair. (Bruno will love this one  ) Supporters: -Funnisam
  23. time = money. money = time. Why should they spend their time i.e. MONEY talking to you, unless it is verily going to benefit them, which if you are that much of a lower level, probably isn't.
