[/hide] What do you mean? :P Altars just got afk and faster xp than most people including me previously got (excluding those using mouse keys). Only problem might be bones rising in price a lot and being unbuyable, but that goes for both altars and ecto I guess. My house needs a really long time to load (around 15 seconds), so that number can even be higher if you have a nearly empty house. i have 1 summoning and 50 construction, i dont use bone runners or 'those mouse keys' and i have 54 agility, yet i can manage 300k xp an hour

Ourg bones are twice the price of dagannoth bones for barely more xp. I call that less efficient.

if you really want efficiency, then dagganoth bones on a gilded altar is the way forward, as although it costs almost twice as much as dragon bones, you get almost twice the xp per hour = Win. never mind, fast xp at altars just got owned. 150k max per hour.

to the thread creator: i'm going to find out where you are in game and steal all 'your' spots, which coincidentally means i wont be stealing any spots, seeing as you don't own them.

main: funnisam_9, got maxed melee and getting 99 prayer soon. i have two pures, one is an atk pure: ha zgs ftw (28 atk, 18 prayer and 19 hp) and the other is funnibunnies (10atk, 6 str, 1 def, 1 prayer etc) i go on those pures and train them because either i am bored training my main, or because i like the ability to feel how i did when i originally started playing (the best time you will ever have playing the game imo, all that time spent trying to wear goblin mail).

whip + rune def = 101 slash atk and 87 str bonus d scimi + rune def = 86 slash atk and 71 str bonus also, I have used both for long amounts of time (whip to train to 99 atk and def, and a scimi to train to 99 str) and never have i hit more with a scimi than the whip. The whip is also far rarer than the scimi, and cannot be bought from a shop. Due to the fact that the d scimi can be bought from the ape atoll scimitar stall for 100k, it's price will not go up.

if slayer sucks so bad, there is in fact a very simple solution: don't train it. seriously though, I doubt many people actualy do Slayer itself for money. Obviously the bonuses it comes with, ability to kill certain monsters with rare and valuable drops, are ok for money. But lets say that someone like me, who has VERY low skills and high combat (125 f2p cb and 1298 total ( \ or :wall: ?)) finds slayer enjoyable and also quite decent money. An example is that other than slayer i have no reason to want to kill metal dragons, however having killed iron dragons (which i despise more than bronze dragons, due to them being annoying on steel dragon tasks), i received a visage on the 19th kill of the task. Has this not then made me a considerable amount of money in a short time? However i do realise that that was based on luck, and not everyone is going to get a visage on a task or necesarily ever, but slayer can sometimes be good money. Anti++ are just plain too hard to get. With an excalibre or SGS it's easy, just bring 3-4 rows of antis and the rest ponys. You really never need any pots whatsoever besides 1-2 restores for the ponys. pay max for them, i do all the time and they come instant (with some gp back), seeing as the difference between max is more than affordable.

a.) they aren't three years old b.) it's not your spot, it's Jagex's spot for anyone in the game to use c.) they most likely: have faster reactions than you, or are autoing.

well i used to kill metal dragons for fun, and only got 2 d skirts. i did slayer and got two steel drago tasks of like 70+ each, got a pair of d legs in under 100 kills for slayer.

125(f2p cb) (99 in all melee stats + hp and 92 prayer) here. I HAVE used pest control, but the xp is not equivalent to any single decent gap between a level. I also had max melee before soul wars (and that mini game bores me more than pest control (somehow)). I have 1298 total. My skills fail. I cant even cook sharks, burn maple logs, or fish sharks. I cant mine adamantite or smith mithril. I cant make prayer potions, i cant use a rune crossbow. I mean i like combat as the main thing i do in the game, but this doesn't mean i hate others for having lower combat and higher totals. If you are a lvl 3 with a higher total, then you get my respect, because obviously it isn't very easy. Some love skills, i love kills. Some love both \ i'm not one of them though :ohnoes:

[/hide] Wont work. All you do there is change RWT from selling gold at 10$ per 1M to RWT selling yellow 10 tokens for 10$.. All you change is the currency. If anything that would cause more RWT to occur. The only Idea I can see is make it so you receive 20-70% of your opponents loot depending on your PvP score. How the score is generated should also be altered with a few activities that RWT might do to lower PvP scores, such as killing the same person many times, or receiving little/no damage during a fight, or killing a person with over 2m in items which are lost. Also, the drops would contain 5 bonus items, 4 being food and one bonus item drop. The bonus items would depend on your PvP score as well. to simply solve your problem: make honor coins untradeable :thumbsup:

i've been on bandos lootshare masses and got nothing and then had trips like this: go to more masses, get higher lsp, then you too can get trips like that.

after seeing this, and the clue scroll log by hemen that got locked, i was thinking why is it that clue scroll rewards - good ones - still arent allowed to be posted outside of the sticky? honestly, a 3a piece deserves more recognition than even a godwars hilt on solo, which gets its own thread normally, and alot of "omg 10/10" "SHARE OMG" and such, while a single 3a piece is so much rarer and more expensive, yet it confined to a single sticky? can any mods tell me WHY no clue rewards can be posted out of this topic? i agree incredibly, a 3a drop is way more incredibly rare than almost anything in the game, someone saying that it's even more important than hilts, who has gotten many hilts himself, has something 2 say 3rd age is only second in rarity to the chicken visage, which takes infinite amounts of chickens to get, and due to this, no player will ever get one \

i dont have anything against summoning or any other skills, it's just that i don't believe i'd be able to do the boring bit before reaping the rewards (such as extra inv space/cool looking pet etc) I also do use my ignore list for them, but i shouldn't have to. i mean there are some genuine people on rs, who don't care that my summoning is 1 and my cb is 125 (usually it makes people laugh and say 'lol wow thats cool') and although i dont train it, i know it's useful and i might raise it after i get 99 prayer/slayer. But i don't appreciate random people involving my total in stuff just because it makes them feel superior. i know how that feels, the bad luck thing, i killed 22k dust devils in three weeks and didnt get a single dragon drop =P (not ranting about that btw). But i get called a noob all the time by like lvl 133s when slaying, even though their cb stats cant be any higher than mine =/.
