If they were important tests, you should complain to the teacher with evidence that the review tests are nothing like the actual tests. GL with your license/permit/whatever, make sure you take the correct stuff like IDs if needed tomorrow :P Lots of people I know forget to take stuff like that and end up having to drive back and forth from home. (maybe) - "She is/she's so clumsy" (instead of she so clumsy) - Emily watches the firefighters (instead of 'Emily looks at the firefighters') - Some of the sentences are too simple; eg She remembers her family her father was an abusive drunkard who terrorized her and her brother hated her. You could possibly add more description to how he abused her etc. And maybe if you want emphasis on the flashback, try using italics when she is having a flashback, or else people (like llamster) will think the "is" in the flashback is incorrect, but to be honest, it sounds better if you put it in past tense.

Do you meant mature as in "developed"? Because yes, girls mature faster than boys, generally. But, maturity/immaturity level as in how crazy they can become; it's different for everyone :P We're all immature in our own way. eg Guys tend to say more sexual innuendos which girls can find immature whereas girls gossip/go to bathrooms in groups (bet you've wondered why we do this...) which guys can find immature (?)
