Do it. Punch things (preferably pillows/soft objects). Screaming into the same objects you're punching also helps. After a while you end up feeling sheepish for yelling at/punching pillows, so you won't feel the need to do that anymore.

I think a major update that you might want to be notified of (if you haven't noticed already) is the attempt to remove RWTers by "taking out the wildy". ie you weren't allowed to kill other players, but now they've made pvp worlds where the whole world is for killing players apart from banks etc. In F2P there have been a lot of minigames added in (Clan Wars, Bounty Hunter, Fist of Guthix, The Great Orb Project etc) and even a runecrafting guild. There have been quite a few updates for F2P, but if you have the time, read that list (:

Chatspeak does get really annoying though.. so I guess grammar nazis aren't that bad, but I think it would be much better if they PMed someone about their grammar instead of making drama on a topic over someone's grammar.

AlexDT, I doubt everyone wants to spend 10 minutes typing out a post for a forum with perfect grammar and spelling, as these posts will have no affect on their life whatsoever. Then having to spend another 10 minutes after that checking to make sure that there are no mistakes, just in case a "grammar nazi" (as everyone seems to call them) will start flaming at them.. ridiculous.

I'm really annoyed, I can only read like the first chapter of it? Something's stuffed with my comp and i can't download the program or some crap. The obsessiveness is a tad annoying, I'm developing a disliking for it, but Bella doesn't seem to mind that much I guess, so meh. I'll email you it, and Bella doesn't mind because she's a fictional character ;)

Shouldn't you be drinking pig's blood? Eating *coagulated pig's blood. It's like pig blood tofu, and none for me this year. I didn't eat anything remotely quirky this year apart from roast duck which some people find weird.
