How does void stack up?
+7-9 attack levels vs. +15 attack bonus? Not even a contest. :P That said, I still wouldn't recommend void for encounters with hard-hitting monsters. :

My IDEAL December Behind the Scenes. What's yours?
I think the armour should be spaced a little bit more than three levels. I have many better things to do than study 40 different armours and their appearences so I know what I'm fighting. :

I just clicked on a site that steals your password...
yay, my scan sped up. I fiddled with the Ram setings and shifted more ram to Norton. Going about 200 files a second now.

Figure a few hundred thousand. -.- I'd suggest leaving that computer to its scan for a while.

Norton's drawn a blank on trojans for me so far, but then, it's only made it through 73K files so far.. My laptop could be in the dictionary as the example for "slow" and yes ladicai, first thing i did was use my ipod to change my password. ;)

To a site? Certainly To this site? Impossible to say without examining it. I wouldn't worry about it waaaaaaay too much. Little point in having it input name & pass if you have a keylogger in place. But as I stated above, it doesn't hurt to run a scan anyway. Hmm...they move fast. My account still responds to my pass, so I'm assuming that no keylogger was installed then.

It really is annoying that you cant put that up at the top of the page. -.- Stop talking about it and get to fixing it! :? EDIT: Darn it, Tintin beat me to that last part. :P

Rule #1 when fighting hacking: Virus Scans never hurt. Well I suppose not telling anyone is the first rule, but meh. :P In any case, i'd suggest doing a scan, then changing your pass to be safe. I was due for a full system scan anyway. :P

11 November 2008 - Stealing Creation
I think the armour could be useful. If one was going on a quest of moderate difficulty with no quest guide yet available, and knew he/she was going to a fight, the armour would be perfect, as the person would most likely not know what type of combat style to expect the oppoent to fight with. The weapon part..eh...not as useful. :P The tool could easily be used for questing in the above situation too.

Wow... that is crazy
They've done that since a bug in the programming made them self-aware.

11 November 2008 - Stealing Creation
 Very fun game. Hate not being able to create anything higher than a lvl 2 scimmy though. *starts training range* Personally, I can kind of see the armour being useful when going on new quests before a guide is relased. That goes double for tools. Much better game now that they got the clock fixed, and if you play on a world that doesn't have 1 minute games. #-o

Nintendo are losing everything! /More ideas for Nintendo
Seconded. I'm still wanting a new Starfox. (NOT Like Command, i beg you. :wall: ) Something reminiscent of the 64 game. Right now, I think what Nintendo needs to do is get something real happening with On-line play and unlock its potential. I still think I could choose a game to enter better than their system. #-o

Education - How would you modify it?
Really? Around my school, homework is what saves about 90% of the students from failing the class. I have four classes as well, and I usually find it entirely possible to smash through it in just my Lunch Time alone. Personally, I'd be trying to get my principal more involved. I havn't seen him more than half a dozen times since the school year began, and I would marvel if he had even a clue what the students were doing. In any case, the following seems appropriate: http://www.theonion.com/content/news/ma ... _never_use

Barrows - Do you mind the degrading?
It has the same attack bonuses, true. However, Karil has slightly higher defensive bonuses. If I'm going to a monster that I pray against, I use d-hide. However, for things where I'm taking a mage's fire (such as GWD) I'll opt for Karil.

Barrows - Do you mind the degrading?
For general use, the defensive bonuses of my Torag are well worth the repair costs. For intense combat training (Like when I got my def to 99), I have to cheap out and get something that doesn't degrade though. My picture could be in the dictionary as the example for poor, and repairs get far too costly when you're repairing once every day-2 days.

What's the most important lesson you have ever learnt?
Life's not fair. Get used to it. Don't worry about the stuff you have no control over. Don't get addicted to Runescape. Don't take peoples insults too seriously, especially on forums. Everyone needs a hug now and then.

Player Moderators: Are They Really Worthy?
If it gets us rid of the pmods, hell yeah. There are lots of p-mods, more than most players realize. Most of the time they're near you, training, working the ge, or just otherwise things that don't necesarilly require conversation, and thus you never notice them. The majority of p-mods just do their job quietly in the background, they way they were meant to operate. Naturally, there will be a few who use the crown to stand out from a crowd. If you just got a p-modship, i daresay you would most likely talk at least a little more than you used to, show your friends, etc. This is completely natural unfortunately. As the old saying goes, "Power corrupts".

Player Moderators: Are They Really Worthy?
Regardless of how long it takes before Jagex takes action against a rogue p-mod, p-mods have strict guidelines on what is mute-worthy. The mute is really meant to be pure damage-control. Jagex has many things they investigate when searching into potential p-mods, including forum presence (if any), account security, # & quality of reports, etc. Regardless, a few people who simply wern't meant to be mods will slip through the cracks by simple law of averages. In any case, remember that people who arent the above are doing what action needed to be taken in their own eyes.

Salvia - Should it be illegal?
Dang, people are cranky in the morning. :? I know perfectly well most drugs are ordinary medicine, and thus are perfectly respectable to use. Please don't put words in my mouth. Besides, technichally speaking, the American Revolution was illegal. I'm not complaining against that. The American constitution even states that if the government becomes corrupt, it is the duty of the people to overthrow it. On the topic at hand, also from wiki: Questions of the morality of it as defined by your religon aside, I daresay that you will need your senses when operating machinery/driving/etc. It only lasts a few minutes, but people are idiots, and I wouldn't put it past them to do this stuff when putting in hours.

Does Money Realy Equal Happiness?
Money doesn't equal happiness, but hitting a 70 with the ags you just bought does.

What ticks you off most in a video game?
People who use codes/cheats/actionreplay in wifi/multiplayer.

Salvia - Should it be illegal?
at first I thought we were trying to decide if saliva should be illegal.. I've got to stop reading forums at 7-9 in the morning. :wall: In any case, People should probably be blocked from it for their own good. However, if you're going out of you way to get this stuff, then you're very messed up. :shame: That said, survival of the fittest i suppose. If you're so depressed you need a drug to make yourself feel good, then you're not very fit.

October 15th 2008 - PVP Worlds + Game Log In Improvements
I'm still not entirely sure if it brought RWIT back. The "You have defeated ___" chat indicates that it's somehow seeing who killed whom. It would be a simple matter to have it record whom killed whom from there. When a player's killed another player enough times to get a drop, I think it would be easy to see no? ;) We have no clue what sort of defenses Jagex put up against this sort of RWIT, but seeing how far they went to try and get rid of it beforehand, I imagine they wouldn't allow it back in so flippantly.
