When you enter your house and it loads up, PVP mode will not be active. You trigger it by pulling the lever in the throne room. Once you've done that PVP mode remains active for as long as the house remains loaded. If you leave the house and no one else is inside, the instance will get deleted at some later point and you'll have to reactivate PVP mode when you enter the house again. As far as I know, PVP mode can also get deactivated when you get killed in your own house. I'm not too sure about this though, as it's been a while since I went to a house party.

You get a reward book at the end, and it operates like penguins / genie lamps - pick a skill you want and the XP goes to that. As far as Auras at the moment go, this one's a better snag than Wisdom, rofl.

Blazing through the lower levels on golds and greens also saves up any crimsons you get for later usage, boosting your stored Summoning XP much, much more. It's really not hard to survive the first 30+ levels on golds and greens alone.

Some people have finally managed to get their hands on Jack of All Trades, and it's not a straight up 10 genie lamp deal (the XP is slightly less) Reported XP Rewards: Level 42 - 1700~ XP Level 70 - 4800~ XP Level 81 - 6499 XP Level 89 - 7843 XP XP Formula appears to be (Level^2 - 2*Level + 100) For a comparison, that's adding a pair of rocks to Dahmaroc's statue everyday.

The real question is, what on earth did they change to affect this select group of spells, especially the ones that were circumstantial?
