Mages give less xp then yews from what I hear. i also heard they cut more than 1/3 as slowly compared to yews you might make more cash with them per hour, but doing 90-99 wcing with mages is like begging to shoot yourself. still, great guide Just might wanna see how mush you get with both yews/mages again

insane goal I've been playing for years, and you beat my main's stat in everything i just 1 (you even have more cash then me, and most of my cash was from a 3a clue :( ) 9/10, cause you killed my account in 1 simple year :lol: getting muted for something you didn't do just ain't right but one epic goal reached. Especially when you said at +10 you get 4 seconds per point, and 8.5 seconds at +40. Also, some people get less than 18 points per dose of prayer potion (then again, at 40 prayer, you may get around that much, it was so long ago) so yeah, 4*18=72 seconds of prayer per prayer potion dose with +10 5*18=90 seconds at +20 per dose 7.5*18= 135 seconds at +30 per dose 8.5*18= 153 seconds at +40 per dose what you did, you just basically copied the +10 section into the others and chanced the time prayer lasts at +20/30/40. You mgiht also want to say what it lasts at 40 prayer, 52 and 70 prayer (protect form missiles level, Smite lvl for pkers and piety level for mains) Its only 3 levels, shouldn't take to long, and they are common levels people get good guide, but there is very little need to use magic at avianses, but if you want to use mage and not lose a ton, this is a pretty good way (fire striking/bolt blue or green dragons is probably another, although had to do with their huge magic defense) still, 10/10 for originality =D> . We need more guides like this (and not pointless avianse ones)

a good guide to BA I honestly Hate BA, and now that there is a bandos chest plate, giving equal strength bonus and possessing far greater defense, I find the torso to be useless. I never used it, I can't stand BA, and yeah, I never got it (I don't even have 100 points in any role). If I decide to get it, I'll use this guide. Don't count on it, I'll probably pick up a bcp, even if torso takes only 7 hours to get (which I could spend getting another set of the far better imho void armor). But yeah, should I ever decide to ba, I'll use this guide

2-5 minutes? That seems oddly fast. at 65 thieving, I feel like I fail a lot, and i don't remember getting clues that fast. I love level 3 clues, but even though I can make better/more cash at green dragons/avianses, I'm gonna do some level 1 clue scrolls. Good Guide BTW :thumbsup:

Prayer pots are like 11.5k atm for 4 doses. This means you need 6 bars to repay 1 prayer pot Bones to peaches method is far more effective, since with a fire/lava staff, and a few nats, you can stay there forever, since they drop water and nature runes. You'd have to leave once you get a full invent, but it is more efficient. Both methods are fine, it just depends on what stats you have.

You talk about soul wars like its a godsend. Soul wars isn't that great imho. Then again, I hate 20+ minute games since I have power surges frequently and thus i woudl get logged out and lose the points I would have earned. You also do the following: Say the archer helm sucks. for range training, its better then the neitiznot helm Call chinners noobs. They have money, they can use it as they wish. Chinning is far better than SW, even at 65K xp an hour, since it takes ~3 hours to get the 200k xp you get with grey chins, which costs about 1m at the most with grey chins, which leaves you 2 hours to get money back (green dragons/avianses) You leave out PC. Yes, PC has been weakened, but its still good xp nevertheless, I get ~46-50k xp every 100 points, so although that may not match SW, you get money for winning, and in a good clan, you can win ~20 games an hour easily. As pointed above, chinning/avianses is a great combo. The avianses deliver decent range xp while you make money. Doing avianses nonstop for a week, you can make enough to chin quite a lot of xp. I still find green dragons with melee to be slightly better cash per hour, but you get no range xp with them. OK guide. Not great, but not bad EDIT: Another mistake Yaks can give over 50k+ xp per hour. Yaks maybe boring, but SW on the SW Worlds is overcrowded, people like me lag way too much on those worlds

Great Guide. I've been looking for a range/2h guide for a while, and this is just what I was looking for. =D> I do feel I should mention lesser demons are not a good training option at 50 range. Maybe at 65+, but at 50 its still pretty slow. Then again, this is f2p, and there aren't many other options. also, can you get corrupt items in bh? like Corrupt dragon long or something similar? Or are corrupt dragon items f2p pvp only? still great guide, and I heard training range at the guards outside of the black knight's fortress (without picking up bronze arrows) was pretty good xp. Might want to check that place out.

hmm I just noticed something... If you have an undead task, wouldn't the salve amulet (e) be better? Salve amulet (e) gives 20% attack and strength, whereas the Slayer Helm/Mask gives only 15%. Also, Void melee stacks with Salve amulet (e), so wouldn't that make it even more superior on undead tasks? Then again, Void melee has little defense, and maybe slayer helm, fury, bandos top/legs and barrow gloves are better than void melee + salve (e). still, worth a thought :

I'm gonna do this now. I had been planning on buying a berserker ring, and now that the imbued ones are offically out, now was a perfect time to do ma to rank 300. Didn't expect it to be 1 rank if oyu lose and 2 if you win :ohnoes: I started yesterday, rank 33/300 -.- I also here the limit is 12 ranks per hour, which makes this 25 hours assuming you get 12 ranks an hour, so Jagax uber fails on this one. I don't like playing long games like this, which is I why I say PC>SW, but at least a serker ring (i) gives +8 str :lol: why they didn't release it earlier is beyond me, but oh well. great guide, and I hope to have my serker ring (i) within the next 9 days :thumbsup: god, jagex, speed this up though :evil:

-1 mage (what my current favorite setup gives) is more than enough to kill the 4 melee brothers They have horrid magic defense, so mcuh so that keeping it above -15 is fine, although -15 is pushing it a little. Honestly if you safespot the melee brothers (which I can do easily enough with my touchpad) I can mage them without armor so i get +magic attack. Explorer's ring is fine, +1 prayer and magic, and its FREE. still, we use what we like, bu use Saradomin brews if you bring super restores And just bring normal restores with the holy wrench and prayer pots. MUCH MUCH cheaper

Hey, can someone tell me the formula for Void's accuracy and strength boost? Does it boost the stats foun on the armour bonus page? If so, it may be wise to use Armadyl, and even Dhide, instead of Void when using Grey chins, since they give onlt a +45 range boost (with void, ranger boots, acher's ring (i), fury and accumulator, a total of 75?), it would make it 82.5 accuracy bonus Wouldn't BLK dhide surpass that easily? Sure, you lose a but of power, but if you hit more accurately, and thus waste less chins, it would make it better? so yeah, if anyone can explain void's formula boost for me, it would be helpful oh yeah, and even with the 15% boost form prayer, which boosts void's range strength even higher, it also boosts Blk dhide/Armadyl's accuracy even higher, which would add even more of a difference? just a though that's been bugging me for a while. any help on the matter would be helpful

Hmm I'm starting to doubt Void range's potential. If it is a 10% accuracy boost and strength boost, dose it increase the numbers of the armor screen by those percent? Like, if you had a +100 range attack and +100 range strength, would it make em +110 or is it an entirely different boost? If this is the case, It's probably better to use Dhide or Armadyl Armour with your weapons, since they give accuracy bonus, which far exceed the 10% boost of void, at the cost of the 10% power Honestly, if it works differently, this is pointless, but I think the accuracy boost of Dhide would help more than void's str boost with low accuracy weapons (grey chins, blk knives, rune knives) Still, only if this is the formula. waiting for the rest of it thouhg :pray:

ah, I forgot to mention were you using one of the controlled styles? if so, that's why you only got ~35k xp in that hour, since its only in 1 skill still, 35k*3=105k, so that seems right for here. Change the thumbnails though, its harder to see, and as someone else mentioned, very few will click on them to see the picture still great nevertheless

hmm, good guide, it includes everything you need to know, but try to emphasize the seed drops. Unless its changed, they should drop toadflax seeds pretty commonly, and sometimes drop ranarr and, if I remember correctly, snapdragon seeds. Honestly, with your stats, which are a few levels higher than mine, you should be getting more xp than that. Of course, I rarely bother doing 1 hour tests, so it probably seems like I got more xp in 1 hour because it was probably 2 hours. I only found this spot because of my friend a few years back, and it helped me get 70 defense. But because i rarely train defense, its only 76 now :lol: good guide, 9/10, I believe you could add a bit more in there

Ok... Might want to mention 2 things. 1. Is it profitable? Using a cannon is expensive, do you lose money using it? If so, HOW MUCH money do we lose. If we don't lose money, HOW MUCH do we make, or do we break even? 2. Why use prayer? If you really wanted, you could safespot the trolls by using the guards, and thus reducing the costs. For melee, you can simply use a dragon halberd. Otherwise, decent guide, its unique, so I hope you finish it soon. One mistake however. Your range level does affect your cannon. It makes it more accurate, so suggest 70+ range for better accuracy.

Congratulations on 99 range. :thumbsup: If I bother getting 500k xp a day (~2-3 hours with red chins a day) I'll have it in about 19-20 days. Since I am not chinning, I'll have it in about 1-1.5 months :lol: can't wait for 99 range, but I hope it will allow me to make my money back. P pots are back to 12k for 4 doses, but they will rise again soon enough Red chins are 398 according to GE database today I'm willing to bet this is Jagex's fault for adding those stupid statues and making them so easy to get. Those of us like me who don't farm for those stupid statues are essentially playing the game on a harder difficulty. Most GS, D claws, and chinchompas and prayer pots have risen massively since those statues were added. oh well, I'll get range some other way, but 9m xp in 2 months is gonna be hard as hell to get :wall: better get started lols

Well... I guess I won't be chinning to 99 range now. Prayer pots (4) are 14k+, Grey Chins are 400+ and Red Chins are 720+. :wall: I guess this inflation is far worse than I originally thought. Jagex needs to remove statues from PVP drops, its adding cash into the game WAY to quickly. Oh well, I'll have to collect the chins myself I guess :wall:

Nice, great job, and simple \ Just a tip, though I am not sure if Jagex will take actions against those who do this, and I do not know if Jagex has fixed this or not. I remember doing this once, but I do not know if it still works. What you do is take your nests with seeds, and carry one of each valuable seed you can get from a tree nest (Magic Tree, Yew Tree, Ranarr, Snapdragon, ect). One of each is all you need, if there are other valuable seeds, bring those as well, since it reduces the amount of time you waste trying to get a good seed. The thing about Bird nests is that they are random, but you can force the outcome in your favor of a good seed. fill you invent with as many nests as you have, and those valuable seeds. Start clicking on the nests, and if you get a seed you don't have, a message will pop-up saying "Your inventory is Full" or the like. This is because the nests drop the seeds into your inventory, and they do not drop them on the ground. this allows you to get the seeds you want. This takes a LONG LONG time however, and its not worth it. It can take a long time to get the seeds, and since it is random, you may never get even them sot common seed of value you seek. This works with master farmers also. But yeah, its time consuming, and I don't think its worth much, since you can make 200k+ per hour easily, and I don't know if this can even make that much, but it might : Just a tip, do what you wish with it.

Dragon bolts, original. A sara mitre + sara book instead of sara mitre + zammy book? very original An obsidian Shield instead of granite/dragon sq/crystal shield/dfs? never thought of it. Considering the cost of the Obsidian shield is 2X more than granite at least, and granite has far more range defense, well, you use what you have I guess. All you missed is onyx bolts for the tanking method. If you mention dragon bolts (e) to be original, add Onyx bolts (e) when oyu need to heal. Might as well mention the EE as well, since its a free defense boost + 20 hp. Also, if you have an exacliber/EE, mention using the special before passing the boulder, sicne that way you still have hgiher defense against the wolves. Since every body is making an avianses guide, I probably should. No pictures, but it won't be a random sea of words about to crush you like a tsunami (not that this was one, just that mine wouldn't be one either) and dragon bolts? Just why? its like killing chickens with AGS specials.... its inhumane, and just plain cruel. And if you don;t have an EE, bring a dark bow + dragon arrow for specials. That will be even more overkill than dragon bolts (not to mention cheaper). Wow, I'm full of odd/original ideals tonight! -.- I should right a book :lol:

You lose ab it of money, but you could always kill chickens for the feathers (why would you? the time spent getting the feathers means you could have made much more cash). Anyway this gives a reason to get 60 smithing. I hate mining, and this involves none, so its an awesome way to get smithing xp for me. Sure, its nto as fast as gold smithing, but, its better since its so cheep. Lack of crafting xp is a slight put off, since fletching xp can be easily gained in other ways, but if you don't need the xp, you can simply sell them unfinished, and buy stuff for crafting afterward. Its a win-win situation :thumbsup:. I suppose this wouldn't work well with addy stuff, since avianses generate so many bars. Might work for rune though, and possibly steel as well. Also, I think I heard blas furnace gives Iron a 100% smelting accuracy. Is this true? If so, I smell even more profit (at the cost of xp, but its also cheaper :lol: Great method, I'm going for 69 for Rocking Out, and maybe 73 for Varrock diary, so this really helps me an immense amount.

um... you have a mistake on the xp per maple logs in the equipment section. Full lumberjack can't be used with the seer's headband. You can't wear seer's headband with the lumberjack hat :oops:. But really, why would you be cutting maples when teaks are faster in every way, not to mention worth twice as muah currently??? awesome guide, might make me get 72 WC for some quests (for the farming/herblore xp those quests give, not the WC xp lols) and I want 99 Firemaking, so this might make me train both at once. 9.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999/10 (for that mistake, and a few spelling/grammar errors) :P
