How do you not understand? They're both black and they're calling themselves a term that white people used to (and still do) use to try to hurt them. Of course if a white person called a black person a [bleep] it'd be offensive. If them saying it takes away the meaning, it shouldn't be restricted to just them being allowed to say it. It does not take away the meaning. Hundreds of years of slavery doesn't just disappear when the slaves start using derogatory terms once used against themselves. The point is to use the word [bleep] so it gets worn out, and so white people can't use it to hurt them. Also, in a lot of cases, black people do not care if their white friends use the word. The problem usually arises when a stranger says it, when it's used in bad context, etc. I honestly don't give a [bleep] that black people were slaves a couple hundred years back, I think it was bad, but I don't think just because they were slaves means we have to treat them differently. They call us crackers, I don't see why we can't call them [racist term]s. derogatory terms really mean nothing unless you think of it as being anything more than a word. Which it's not, I don't necesarilly(sp?) believe it's something we should be using in everyday language, it's still got some offensiveness to it, but I don't see it as being any worse than the F-word.

I got my computer back today, I have to completely rebuild my account and everything from scratch, plus there's a goddamn crack right in the middle of the screen. I'm really frustrated with this god damn computer. I think I'll just buy myself a new one soon. Once I get a job that is. All my goddamn applications need to update, and I've got new applications I need to install, that I used to have, and goddamit. ): I started school today, it wasn''t bad, wasn't great either, I remembered why I hate school so much, I really wasn't used to being around so many people, and I nearly had a panic attack in the middle of the hallway. :wall: At least I have good teachers this year. fighting is bad. I haven't gotten into an actual fight in a long time, a couple of almost fights, but nothing happened, or two, three punches back and forth.

you just have to learn to trust her, no matter how hard it is. If she's a cheating scum then she's not worth it. But because you care about her you have to give her space and trust. I've been working on that, and I realized that last night. thanks for that anyways, makes me feel better.

I have really bad problems with being, jealous, I think. I always get really upset, and like, pissed off almost, but moreso upset, whenever my girlfriend goes to the house of one of my guy friends, like, really upset, or pissed, over absolutely nothing. I mean there're factors from the fact of who's house it is, and like, jokes he makes, cuase he's a [bleep]ing douche bag. and yeah. I have no idea where I was going with this, anything I can do to get me to not be so, jealous, I think. also just kind of ranting/venting.
