Actually you need lvl 38 thieving for master farmers #-o , but their good once you reach them To get to 38 either Pickpocket Warriors in Varrock Castle, or steal from the Silk stall on Ardy.

Im pretty sure you can get all 99's with 0 money, its just that the more money you have the faster you get 99. You could even get 99 cons, but you'd probably end up having to make your own planks or something to offset the high cost

Jellies or Aviansies, I usually get a clue from aviansies in 50-150 kills
