tbh lesser demons or ankous are better xp. There's one place in the fortress though with an altar; you can use eagley eye and protect from melee to kill the knights there.

My younger sister caught lobbies from 60 to her lvl now. She catches at a very high rate. I have 77 fishing and I catch about the same.

Spiders are aggressive which lets you lax out for a bit, but I honestly prefer ankous because you can mage and range after they don't become aggressive or start immediately once you reach the 82's. They don't hit that often with 70 def.

It could take a while, but if you telegrab wine of zamorak in north fally's chaos temple you'll make 600gp each

There are many guides on AOW and rsof you can look at. I advise you look at some vids as well.

But buying the stave bases can be a pain. That's why more people are buying them off others, while the other people struggling to buy the plain staff so they can craft+alch It won't be as fast

Actually, only airs and waters. But both are EXTREMELY hard to buy in the GE. The other 2 alch at a loss. Dragonhide Bodies and Chaps you might wanna check on. Summoning Pouches might be good if you can buy them cheaply. If you are going to alch bows, mage longs are better than yew longs. Perhaps popular smithing items? I'm not sure, you might want to check. Rune I know is fairly good. That's assuming you are p2p. If you are f2p, the best things to alch are green dhide bodies, chaps, and rune items. Outside of that, steel plates are low loss (for f2p) and bait alchs for the same as its GE price. D'hide bodies usually don't alch that good unless you're desperate to get em or you're f2p and using green d'hide ones (like me) There's always rsof to buy battlestaves.

If you want good mage/range hits, then look at what pures wear. Remember the more range acc you add on the less mage accuracy you get. THe mystic might prayer really helps.

Mage to 58 (fire blast) Range to 80+ (if you wear d'hide body+maple short) Strength to 70+ HP will raise with str+ranged. Prayer is good enough unless you want it to last longer.
