  1. A guide I found suggested killing cows at the Crafting Guild for levels 20-30. Don't know if there's any validity in this, though.. It then suggests going to the Barbarian Village pub next, for 30-40.
  2. just for the laces colour??!!!! Desperate times call for desperate measures..?
  3. If your plant survives, the least you can get is 5 per patch. The most I've ever got from a patch has been around 9 or so. It doesn't increase with your level. Super compost + magic secatures to ensure higher yields.
  4. The only time I recall being really annoyed by homework was for my Economics class, my senior year of high school. We had to create a business plan over the course of the class. This involved creating a business of our choice, from the ground up. I chose to start an eatery/coffee house. We had to literally design and figure out everything. The floor-plans, costs of counters, chairs, tables, equipment, paying staff, electric and utilities bills, etc. I... didn't do it :D And failed the class (haha.) Luckily, the second time around, I had Econ with another teacher, who didn't make us do a business plan. Passed, graduated on time, ftw. Other than this, most of my experience with homework was pleasant. Senior year was the craziest time, just because they threw on all the hard classes like Econ and Family Health and stuff, which all involved huge, epic projects. English 4 was the death of me, because my school had Senior Projects... ugh.... Oh well. Learning = fun. At school, or outside of school, there's always time to learn.
  5. I sadly haven't done Swan Song yet, so I can't test all this out myself :wall: I'm sure it'll be solved in the end, though.
  6. You can only have one pot of Bone seeds at a time. Perhaps you have one hiding in your bank somewhere, and it's preventing you from obtaining another?
  7. Tip.It offers many guides for all skills on their Skill Guides page. Most of their guides offer advice as to how to level up, and locations to use for certain levels. Is there a specific skill you're needing help with? And as far as Defense, for most weapons, there is a Defense option in the Attack style menu. It is a skill, just like any other. It doesn't increase unless you train it. Feel free to message me in-game! My character name is Serpent Eye. I'm not F2P, but I love helping other people out when I can. :) And welcome to TIF!
  8. I did not know this! Thanks for saving me hours in un-noting time : Yw. :
  9. Oooo - isn't that the name of the character in Kingdom Hearts? It's a nice name regardless. o.O
  10. I didn't mind homework, actually. It was pretty cool to actually focus at home, and learn something useful outside of the classroom. (Although I am glad that I'm done with school and homework both now.)
  11. I'm a very mysterious person, and easily misunderstood! :twss: I've always found it very annoying that the default withdraw mode is noted, but it makes sense when you consider that people buy some items in the hundreds. Can't very well withdraw 500 un-noted Swordies at once.
  12. I got this clue, too, and was equally frustrated. You have to be standing in a very specific area for it to work: Stand somewhere near the middle of the green oval, and it should work. (And the charge on the item has no effect.) Edit: This may be irrelevant now. Doing the correct emote helps. :P
  13. I've had no problem selling my pages :/ I've got two within the past month. Guthix (4) and Zammy (4). Sold my Guthix for roughly 160k, and my Zammy for 809K. It may take a few days, but people are buying at miniumum prices right now.
  14. When you go to collect your items from the G.E., right-click on them and choose the "Collect-Items" option. Left-clicking the items automatically draws them out in noted form.
  15. Thanks! I'm going to visit daily, just to top my approval back to 100%, but I think I'll pull my resources/refill my coffers every three, four days or so.
  16. Complete Druidic Ritual, Wolf Whistle, Fishing Contest, Priest In Peril, Lost City, Fairytale Part 1, at least start Fairytale Part 2 (to unlock Fairy Rings). I'm sure I'm forgetting a few essential quests >.> If you're only going to be a member for a month or so, the only skill I suggest working on would be Agility, as it passes back over into F2P. If you plan on being a member for a while, though, I suggest just walking around and investigating the world for a few days. Experiment with each new skill. See what you like, and what you don't like. (Welcome to P2P!)
  17. Thanks, all.
  18. Aspects of a game that the developers thought would be "nifty" and "unique," but are really just annoying after a while. For example, in Radiata Stories for the PS2, you have to go around kicking every single object in the game (including people) to find items. Games that are so complex, I can barely even begin to comprehend how to play them. For example, Disgaea: Hour of Darkness for the PS2. All of your items have "levels" inside of them. You enter these levels, and defeat the monsters inside to increase the strength of your weapon. My explanation sounds simple enough, but you have to play the game to understand how annoying it gets... This game is mindboggling! Games that tease you with artistic, anime-style graphics, and then leave you with repetative, seen-it-before gameplay. (Disgaea, Phantom Brave, UNLIMITED Saga, etc.)
  19. Forgive me in advance... I know that there are frequent posts made about MTK, but none of them have really covered (I don't think) what I'm wondering. How long should one go between collecting resources? One day? Two days? A week? Also... I invested my 5 extra workers into getting Flax. This may seem like a really silly question... but I honestly don't... uh... know... I heard that flax is one of the best ways to make money in MTK. Does this mean just selling the Flax...? Or making them into bow strings? :wall: Any advice on these two things would be greatly appreciated!
  20. Hey, at least they're on speaking terms again! Blink is one of my favorite bands. While I don't really think they'll end up actually forming their band again, it'd be nice if they all got together some time and wrote at least like... a single or something. Or Travis and Mark could go with Tom for the next AVA tour \ (Not that that would happen...) (The only thing I can say bad about any of them is.... +44 = fail.)
  21. Can you please pop over to mine with a packet of winny's blue? I'm outside your door right now!
  22. Haha... for some reason, your comment made the term "Skill Shirt" pop up in my head. Maybe the Strength icon is on the back of it \
  23. Brent or Kyle if I were to have a boy. Don't know about a girl's name. But... I'm not going to have children... so, it's irrelevant.
  24. I think he was refering to the fact that you said you started smoking when you were underage. I guess that means you're hardcore..? I don't know  Your statement sounded pretty normal to me, deloriagod. Anyways... it's really odd, because literally no one I know has asked me to buy them smokes since I turned 18... I feel so unloved. Use me, people!
  25. [hide=kitteh][/hide] Her name is Dagda (pronounced dog-duh). I don't know how old she is... I fail as a father. She just... exists.
