  1. Stop bickering like children. And the answer is NO.
  2. So this is how Rangers are getting balanced. . . . ;)
  3. It's a Holiday Quest item. Have you tried talking to Diango? Honestly, I wish I knew.
  4. From 1-20 you can't use oak much yet, maybe a little at the top end. Buy a lot of planks (or pick up the spawns to save 100 gp/plank!) and get a whole bunch of steel or better nails, iron fails too much. Go get a saw and hammer (saw's from lumber mill operator east of Varrock, like 10 gp, not much), head to your house, and repeatedly build something till you run out of planks. Bank and repeat. Once you can build something with oak, do it - you don't need nails anymore for oak planks! They do cost 250 each though. As for your other question, yes, it probably requires 30 mining. It's not hard to get, but you might be able to do it with coal off the G.E. - I wouldn't put money on it though.
  5. Honestly . . . ? Honestly, there are many different ways. Okay, you want THE fastest? Go kill god wars bosses and get hilt drops every time. Be reasonable. Give us your stats, so that we have some idea what "decent" means, ant tell us what you like or don't like (farming, grinding, killing things, afk-able tasks, etc.).
  6. Are you a member? If so, and you've made some decent progress on the RFD quest, you can periodically hit up the chest (every 30 min just home teleport to Lumbridge and stop at the chest) and grab lots of jugs with a sink right next to it and lots of pots of flour. With the quest complete, for example, you pick up both 28k cooking experience and you can buy 50 pots of flour at a time + 1 pizza base each time it resets. You do know that pizzas aren't the best (fastest, or easiest) way to get to 99, right?
  7. As Vulxai said, you ONLY get summoning experience for CREATING the pouches - just summoning a whole bunch of the familiars doesn't help you gain any experience (and is a waste of money, since there's an ogre you can later talk to who will trade you back shards (the expensive part of summoning) in exchange for pouches and scrolls. Basically, gather materials, summon a bunch of pouches, bank them, and repeat.
  8. If you go to the cooking store in the bandit camp, the cook there will sell them to you . . . the RFD chest in Lumbridge spawns one at a time . . why in the world do you need 8k of them? You could always buy flour and water and combine them to make them too.
  9. What's the point of getting an altar at 45 if you can't actually get increased exp until at least 50 (teak altar)? Also, keep in mind that for normal planks you'll also need the same number of nails, and you'll probably break quite a few of them.
  10. Once you've started the quest, the lumberjacks take them automatically out of your inventory - you can't keep them. I thought that was after you started Royal Trouble? Is it? I'm not sure, but I did both the quests immediately after each other. I had always heard that they weren't cuttable beforehand though.
  11. Not if you're appealing something that IS your fault and IS warned about in the player's manual.
  12. Could you post your stats? That would be helpful.

Let's face it, nobody else understands what you're on about. (No, I didn't ask the other six billion people!) It's what makes me so brilliant. I am the egg man, are you one of the egg men? Would you like to buy a pewter spoon?
  14. You can buy more from her after the quest is completed. Er, is this sarcasm?
  15. Once you've started the quest, the lumberjacks take them automatically out of your inventory - you can't keep them.
  16. Here's a big mistake as far as I know, doing stuff on Misc. gives very little exp. /true. You get 1-2 exp per log you cut on Miscellenia. Not possible.
  17. If you've done the Hand in the Sand quest, you can get 84 buckets of sand delivered to your bank each day instantly, just by talking to the guy in Yanille . . .
  18. People notice fancy rare or trimmed armor. Unfortunately, they almost never notice fancy trimmed amulets. Sell it unless you want a bank space filled so that occasionally you can walk around and think about how pretty you look
  19. Not to hijack the conversation, but are there any required levels (slayer? hunter?) needed to use them?
  20. Farming. Go plant a crop and play vinesweeper.
  21. Since it's hard to stand directly behind her, range pretty much hits everyone else too. Pray mage, eat when she ranges, and hit her as hard as you can. I've done it with level 90s before, you shouldn't have too many problems.
  22. Don't think so. Just like you can't use trimmed dragonhide for dragonhide or god armor for rune.
  23. To find out how many you will need, just go use tip.it's herblore calculator. For how much money, just go look up the G.E. prices and use your calculator! For 4 dose potions, either use one vial of potion on another and the two will combine into one 4-dose and one 2-dose, or go talk to the potions guy at the G.E. and choose "Decant." This will turn all of the potions in your inventory into 4-doses.
  24. I have seen the bolts maximum damage table, and now I'm curious - If I am using bolts with gem tips that ARE NOT enchanted, will they do more damage? A.K.A. if I am using opal bolts, will they do more damage than bronze? Do ruby bolts do more damage than adamant? In short, does adding gem tips increase the damage done by bolts, even if they're not enchanted?
  25. When you go to talk to the dudes on the second floor of the varrock museum, you can get both museum kudos and experience lamps for telling them about various quests that you have completed. These lamps can be put to use for boosting summoning. And if you've done the quests, they're quick and easy (one-time) experience boosts!
