  1. (I thought) it was confirmed that it was going to be an open beta for all jagex's subscribers (funorb/jagex) It may be, but I can't think off the top of my head exactly where. It may have been one of the Q&A sessions perhaps... :-k

  3. At least I still have Santa... <3: Anyway, quite an interesting read and well written (though I don't think we can expect anything less). I'm no good at the Chaos Elemental clues but I know a lot of people here love them and are right on them when they come out :P
  4. You... you... you mean that... the NPCs don't actually reply?
  5. Guys, lay off the arguing about WoW vs RS, this isn't what this thread is for. If you want to vote for someone else good for you, but lets not start an argument about it. :-|
  6. That's the opposite to me, I can't do anything and if I want to, I won't because if something crap is going on like my parents being total narbs, I don't want to do something to distract myself because it'll always remind me of that time.

Wow. I have never heard anything about this, or like this in my entire life
  8. I'm going to lock this, since there is zero discussion value, really, and from what Wongtong pointed out, I'm 99.9% sure this is a troll.
  9. ^ Nope, I have a headache D= < always gets headaches V Is tired, like me.
  10. I don't really know figures, but with 50/50 you can earn something like 2000 tokens an hour (don't quote me  ).
  11. I don't know - so far I've not heard of anybody being beta testers yet. From what I've read there was a test done at their HQ with some non-RS players and we think they were trying out MS. I've also read somewhere that Beta will be for members only, though I'm not sure if it would be every member, or perhaps chosen randomly or through an application process.
  12. I'd do Great Orb Project to get law tablets and craft laws with duelling rings.
  13. I still feel like that on almost EVERY thing I do, Including here. :( I can assure you it's not a popularity contest. Look at Racheya, she's not popular *flees*. I lol'ed. But yah I don't even know who the first two people are, there are many people on these boards that are more deserving in my opinion. But if you don't know these people, you can't know. People need to quit this, if you have real complaints with the moderating team then you can PM an admin, otherwise there's no need to say things because it's just mean. :(
  14. I used to do mainly Yews for money and ok exp, then Teaks now and again, but I'm doing Ivy or Sawmill atm, depending on how much attention I want to pay. I'm thinking of cutting some magics for money soon.
  15. I need foooood.
  16. That's an interesting question since they did say it was going to be Runescape sized. I think it's because they have all the technology that they need to be using atm, they'll have coded all the different things that they need to do already, whereas with Runescape, they've had to develop the technology from scratch to do many things - that might explain why it would take less time. Re-using code from Runescape is far easier than the developing of code that was done for Runescape. As for bugs, I guess that's what the Beta testers will (presumably) be there for. There will be bugs, but it's unavoidable really.
  17. ^ Eww God no. None of those things. < Is going to have breakfast soon V Needs to eat?
  18. Guys this thread is dead D= #5 - Serpent Eye :P
  19. Racheya commented on Me_Hate_Libs's blog entry in Me_Hate_Libs' Blog
Thanks :D When I was writing it I actually thought, 'I wonder if Libs will be surprised I'm actually criticising Jagex for once' :P
  20. Because people don't know who the editors are. You're the unsung heroes of the Editorial Panel :P
  21. I still feel like that on almost EVERY thing I do, Including here. :( I know it might seem like it, but from someone that knows what it's like, this isn't like that at all. If you have what it takes, then it doesn't matter who your friends are or how 'popular' you are. :)
  22. I used to be on the other side of the fence on another site, I would watch jealously as friend after friend of moderators would become moderators and if you didn't have like 10,000 posts you had no chance. I had 14,000 and had been a member for 4 years and they would never make me a moderator because it was all popularity, popularity, popularity. A lot of the mods were teenage girls, I'm just saying  But here it is so different, I didn't know any moderators properly when I became a moderator, they honestly do go off merit and what they think is best for Tip.It. The reason you might look at mod's friends lists and go 'All these guys are friends with other mods and admins  ' is because we become friends after we become mods :P It's only the Super Mods and Administrators that decide afiak, and these guys are seriously all very sensible and good people. There aren't any 'friendship promotions' believe me. Thanks for the congrats everyone :)
  23. I've moved this thread to Questionnaires since it's better suited here. #1 - Varrock - Am I the only one that loves the GE teleport? Hello!! #2 - Lumbridge - Gotta love the cabbage tele #3 - Seer's Village That's all I have XD

We read The Catcher in the Rye for our English coursework, I think it's decent and has quite a lot of depth to it, it's just not gripping. We've started Wuthering Heights, it's written in all flappy fancy English but I understand most of it surprisingly
