  1. I'm not a DIYer, but I would think you should focus on fishing/cooking first to get food for training. If you're P2P, you should also get some herblore levels too. Train up a bit, only killing things that drops Charms and Clues. Do every clue, pages are nice since you get those neat books. The other rewards are snazzy too, though unless you get 3rd Age it's basically nothing but Rune and Black D'hide armor to you (and that's only if it's lvl3!). Do as many quests as possible, get a good amount of cash (from alcing, I would assume) and use MTK whenever possible. Barrows gives you high-end armor and a [cabbage]load of runes. Slayer is one of the most important skills, it gives you a large variety of resources from the diverse monster drops and gives you the ability to gain some more, high-end items (D Boots and Whips). You can also net a Visage if you're lucky, and the clues and charms will roll in.
  2. It's not shape-shifting, that wouldn't even make sense. It is F2P too, you know. It's not Necromancy either, since we already have summoning; Necromancy is basically the same thing, but with undead monsters. I throw my money in for Engineering, with most of it being F2P but most of the high-end content will be P2P; training it won't cost much money, but for the high-end content that gives massive benefits will cost a good deal of money for the supplies (and a random guess: lvl +95, connect two points in Runescape, of your choosing, with a highly complex device).
  3. *facepalm* I seriosuly doubt that's the reason -.-
  4. Ivies ruined this skill. It's now, quite easily, the easiest skill in existence to level. 8/10 anyway.
  5. Before Jagex can release anymore powerful weapons, they need to rework the defense system. D Claws, AGS's, Dark Bows, Handcannons and whathaveyou are already taking it too far. There needs to be *practical* methods of reducing the max hit of things, like with either an "endurance" skill, or some new quality given to armor. Looks good anyway, there needs to be a way for all skills to be profitable (and things like fishing, woodcutting, etc. should be able to compete with KILLING A LEVEL 79 MONSTER FOR CASH), or at least be given supreme advantages at high levels (like with the new potions).
  6. SOunds like another platform to me, but I have no idea.
  7. You're being an asshat. But Runescape does involve competition, either grow bigger or get out. So 7/10
  8. I was just wondering, seeing as I just got the Void Mace, if the Void magic hood is useful for anything. I've heard it's useful for Avansie maging, but I have no plans for that. I mean, the two places I've used PvM maging is Barrows and Rex, but they both have such pathetic magic defence I don't think the 30% accuracy matters, especially since it can be replaced with the Dagon'hai top an bottom, barrows gloves, and Seer's Helm...
  9. Irrationality and anti-intellectualism is a bloody plague, and people need to realize that. Good luck with any problems you have. There's too much stupid in the world.
  10. I killed ONE Bandos Spiritual Mage while waiting for LS to turn on for a BGW mass (I didn't get a single thing, teled really early). At least I got this.
  11. I went on another DK's trip with the same group (I finished my chores and whatnot). Made god money, got a Seercull (lol) and another D Axe (yay). Even got a totally unexpected level when burying extra bones. Seercull and D Axe were dropped very close to one another, Prime dropped Seercull and Supreme dropped Axe on his next spawn. Not bad for my first/second DK trip. Makes up for an absolutely horrible SGW LS trip I did last night, with two of the same Shards back to back, one SS, none of which went to me. And no hilt either. Went on for hours and hours...
  12. Now I'm just doing random bosses  Was a long trip, only got one axe plus a bunch of other crap. Started with like two dozen people, ended with 4 hybrids and 2 mages. We were going for another trip, with a few other people that were there earlier, but my mom gave me some chores to do -.- Nice 2.8m though
  13. Well then in FTP Striking Lesser demons in the Karmajan Valcano is better XP and costs less, and it's still very AFKable. EDIT: Yah it gives HP XP, but why you wouldn't want that I wouldn't know. HP hardly gives any combat levels, and if you're both low defence and low hp you're going to get slaughtered by range pures, or anyone else for that matter.
  14. It's pathetically slow exp, Alcing would be far better and be, in some cases, cheaper. Doing Barrows with Slayer Dart is still a lot faster with profit.
  15. Well, I got bored of TD's, and since I had a BGS, I decided to go to BGW. Glad I did :P
  16. I'm really not liking the GS/up close melee method... I already got it down, but it's taking a lot more effort than D Hally method. I'll keep GS anyway, It's useful for other things. I'm getting sick of TD's anyway, will be hunting another boss, will choose which one soon.
  17. Also take into account that at high herblore, you can make the extreme prayer potions.
  18. Today, I sold a lot of things (stockpiled things, not whip/fury/Z spear like stuff) and bought a BGS to speed up TD kills. I'm not used to the new GS spots (I used to use a D Halberd) so I died... twice, and I'm still not used to it. I only lost Ardy Cape both times, and the Unicorn I had was lost of course.
  19. -.- Go learn things. Anyway, good luck on +80! Nice RL pic too :P (I'd say that even if it wasn't, but it is, so nice!)
