since when was steel titan not "actually useful" in PvP The only way to use it in PVP before was to call it. Now you can make it attack whoever you want. But yeah, at TDS it sucks balls now. What did they change about Big Sexy at TDs? Just started bringing my Steel down to TD again a few days ago... Not been since the update.

^ This. But, on double XP weekend, I was making far more money hunting and selling grenwall spikes for 3.5 - 4.5K each then I would have doing PvM. (OMG, even TDs?!). RuneScape is combat based. Face it. They don't have to make skilling more profitable for those who don't enjoy or take part in combat as it was intended.

Well, the thing about equipment that can't be traded... What exactly could you make smithing that couldn't be traded? With Herblore, you can train the skill with overloads, extremes, etc. What good would it be to make 5000 platebodies or platelegs that you couldn't trade? I think making bolts that couldn't be traded, yet very high powered, would be fantastic. Get a TD drop and have the option of making dragon bolts (u) or something, rather then a platebody. Maybe have the high level / non-tadable armor degrade to dust after x amount of time, that way you'd have a reason to make and use 5000 of them and use them to train like overloads. Edit: I've always liked the idea of melting armor pieces (Platebodies, platelegs) back to bars. :P

Just an idea that would be simple to implement... When using the Summoning planner, it tells many things: Final level, final XP, XP to level, and gained XP. However, it should add up the spirit shards needed. ;).

Grenwall spikes sell for 4K each in the GE. Hunting them is very fast cash considering their usual price is 1.2 - 1.5K each.

Because it seems your reply isn't sarcastic... WAT? Some single pieces can sell for huge amounts because bxw has cut into the supply and the demand has stayed pretty much the same. This is definitely not a buyout, as buyouts barely work these days, and only do if done smart(not buying items for 2x the price). It very well could be a buyout. How many pieces are currently in game? Now, how many are being dropped? A few each day? Although it seems as though Nex is dropping them like crazy, it's not a rate which is fast enough to pass what us merchers are able to buy. ;). I bought my Virtus top + bottom for little over 1B. 700M top and 300M bottom. IMO, it was well worth it. If I pay 1B+ for a shield that removes 25% of the hit, I'm happy to pay a few B's for armor that'll raise me to 1600LP+ as well as have some of the best bonuses in game.

Should get 99: :). I has been saving. Yay TDs and Corp! The plan is 99 firemaking, thieving until 1.1x (From level 90), and then a bit of summoning. ^^.

He's been there, done that. ;) How many pieces of ancient armor did he get? We've not gone a lot, but we only went one day with no drop. I've yet to receive anything with LS, but our team splits them. Rather get the 17M in lower drops each trip then to kill my LSP with the big drops. :P. Got a ton of Nex drops on vid... Maybe I'll make a drop video including all my big TD / Nex/ Corp drop. :).

Decided to do TDs for a few hours. Got 7 Effigies, 2 shards, and invited my brother (He picked up all drops [FFA]) and... 3 trips. Might start back up at TDs again after my skilling is done. ;).
