I've finally found a measely source of income! I basically mine iron in east varrock mines, bank at closest bank then sell it at the ore shop in Dwarven mines for 11gp each. It's not the best, but I need at least 5K to get started and fund my character. It's a lot of fun though, currently 22 mining \:D/

Yeah, I did it. I'm currently assuming that it is StellarDawn, I've waited over a year for that bloody game and it would be nice if they finally released it -.-

I wasn't sure when you said a free 99 skill, but after those calculations I'm sold. I'd also like a new, high-level item such as a weapon of some sort, but any of them are good :)

It's amazing how much people DON'T know about classic :XD: It really is a great game, I'm having more fun than I ever had on RS2. Although getting around is quite slow, it's fun to walk past and see how everything looked like back in 2001 :)

Today, I started on RSC. I fell in love with it already, I don't think I'll be back on RS2 for quite some time, if ever. In some ways its a good and bad day, I found out just how awesome RSC is, but it could prove to be another addicting game :P

Playing Runescape Classic. I think I've found a new true love... I find it much more enjoyable than the current Runescape, so I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon!

Finally I can play RSC! I might not touch RS2 again, I'm playing it right now and loving it! Still finding out how to make some cash for my first full iron set but still, killing your first RS2 chicken with a bronze axe is pretty cool :XD:

Main questions are (and yes, these are going to be extremely nooby but I need some advice here. No GE XD): 1. What are some good ways to make money on RSC? 2. Where do I purchase armour (or do I have to make it)? Thanks for all your help, hope to see you on classic sometime :)

wow this is so epic, I won't be touching RS2 for quite a while now :D Still, it is so different to what I'm used to, it'll take a while to become accustomed to this change but I'm glad they've opened it up for all the players again.

Thanks very much :) I'm going to do an overhaul on the RSOF thread, tidy up the quest and also create a members-only P2P item. I'm also thinking of a members-only version of Elvarg, so you can have F2P tough and P2P tough :XD:. This way, I am offering both F2P and P2P some new content that is worth trying out!

It's tempting me. I'm gonna test how I like it... Time to get to 85... And do those new mines really make the skill easier? I can't see myself using them, the rock monster guys seem like a major obstacle...

Do you read fan fiction? Nope, I did once or twice but I find them hard to read :P Do you read novels based on video games? Not at all. I don't see them as serious literature. After reading some of the halo novels I nearly shot myself XD Do you consider novels based on video games fan fiction? Yes and no. They often have a better writing style than your average forum-goer's fan fiction, but I can't take them seriously at all. Do you write fan fiction? If I did, I'd be a hypocrite. Do you enjoy all of the new images that go with the paper? Well, this is my first issue but I'm liking the images :thumbsup: Will you participate and submit an article for future editions? I'm currently working on a short story/novella, so yes I might submit some of my works. I write a lot, I really enjoy writing etc. etc. etc so getting Slightly published (I stress slightly!) would boost my self esteem. Also, more people would see how I write and my motivations for writing through my works, so I'd assume that some useful critique would come from that :)

I'm afraid that tests like that can't determine whether or not you are autistic. It's best to get it diagnosed by a professional or at LEAST a qualified person. It's like those stupid facebook tests, how would they know whether you're handsom or not based on a set answer which you get based on a score or the answers you randomly choose.

Lol, they prefer money over game quality. Blizzard are a gaming company, Jagex isn't. They made one decent game, blizzard made most of the best games out today ( Starcraft, Warcraft, WoW, Diablo - AMAZING games ). Jagex aren't sure what they're doing most of the time, this is why we have the current rs mess. Not WoW again... My opinion is, that they're a business, not humanitarian. They can't answer all your questions either :P

Probably for a quest, don't seem to be for anything else. We'll just have to wait and see what they do with them though :)

I would've expected summoning to be the rarest. That sounds stupid I guess, but I can't stand getting charms and training summoning at all...

I really like these updates. Good to see that they haven't ditched the champion's challenge yet! :) I'm especially liking the high alch warning message... gf those people who alched 20M+ items the day before that update came out :lol:
