  2. Wait, are you just using the runes on the portal frame? What you need to do is left-click the focus in the middle and it will prompt which teleport you want to create. EDIT: A Focus is a hotspot in the middle of the portal room which allows you to chose where the teleports will go.
  3. Nope, you need all the reqs just to start the quest, though I'm not sure if stat boosters work or not.
  4. Get the bow and use it as motivation to get your range up ;)
  5. And since i have full bandos (Max range def) would a range prot prayer still be necessary? Or would piety be enough (Sorry for stealing the topic  )
  6. Out of curiosity, at what def lvl are you able to stop prot praying and begin using piety? Also would a bunyip cover the damage dealt?
  7. For the first question, because revs were supposed to be a replacement for pkers of the old wildy they were given the ability to "eat" a certain number of times and heal themselves. Just another reason they are annoying little ****ers.
  8. They can be useful, but the seconds for both of those pouches are annoying as [cabbage] to get. But they are the beginings of the useful skill...macaws arent bad either imo.
  9. Casual killing at ankous will probably net you around 55k-60k exp/hr and maybe 125k-200k gp/hr, and the more deserted a world the better it will be because they can get very crowded.

This may help. I recommend you familiarize with the process of snaking the pieces into place, best of luck : .
  11. Ankous would probably be a good place to start, just make sure to switch the glory to a salve or salve(e)
  12. Lets say you buy 1k Whips. Would that effect it? Since the demand is always rising? Once again, you can only buy 100 whips every 4 hours, and since everyone else isnt always buying/selling at max you cant crash the whole market by yourself (You need a clan for that :wall: ). Also, the demand may always be rising but the supply isnt being massivly outpaced either. I never said i didnt have a clan, OR had the people to buy more than 100 each 4th hour. -.- Well then yes, a clan of people all buying 1k whips at max price at the same time would make the price go up. If you're wondering if there is more to it there is: its all about the small elite of the clan manipulating those they recruit into the clan. They start the price manipulation by buying at max and then convince the others to start buying the item. Then they dump all the items they bought, driving the price even higher and creating artificial demand. Then, when they have none left to sell and no one is interested in buying an overly-inflated item, the majority of the clan is left with tons of high value items with no one to sell to. That is how to manipulate supply and demand to make a profit and in a sense how to run a merch clan. But for the love of god, if you're asking how to do that, please dont :wall: , it will save all of us a painful experience...
  13. Dust Devils also drop a good number of crimsons and a lot of golds and give some good drops, but that all hinges on your slayer level...

  15. As long as none of those words are censored by the chat filter, and I would have more concern if that was the case :-s
  16. To answer the first part, its either piscatoris fishing colony and the iron mine just south of it, or the port khazard bank deposit box and the iron mines to the east of that.
  17. So, lets say the cap WAS 25K for rune axes. And he had the materials to buy 25k of em. Would that influence? Considering no one cannot buy 25k rune axes at once, he could influence the market, but it would be slow and other people could buy at min and all his *hard work* will be undone.
  18. Summoning really doesnt start paying off until lvl 52 with the spirit terrorbird, but after that it just keeps getting better: Ibis, spirit graahks and kyatts, war tortises, bunyips, and fruit bats are some of the best familiars and all come from lvls 56-69. Until then its mostly a cash drain and you should only train it in spurts when you have the spare cash. Terrorbird: 12 extra inv spots and cheap run restore special, plus and agility boost to boot. Ibis: +2 fishing boost and the swordfish it forages more than pay for the pouch. Spirit Graahks: It's tele to Karamja hunter spot lets you rc nats very fast, useful if you have 91 rcing, and can net quite a profit ;) . Spirit Kyatt: Lets you train summoning at unimaginable speed: tele to forest hunter spot, use obelisk, dueling ring tele to cw, rinse and repeat. War Torts: 18 extra inv spaces, more expensive than terrorbird but very useful for g altar trips. Buyips: +2 hp heal every 15 secs, greatly increases slayer task trip length and reduces cash spent on food. Fruit Bats: It's fruit seed foraging can be very profitable and it's fruit spawn spec is very useful in the gwd. Best of Luck Summoning :

  20. Piscatoris Fishing Colony also has two nets in the north-eastern corner where you can collect seaweed very fast : .
  21. Have you done the Watchtower quest? If not the guide here should tell you how to get there
  22. Totally, although you may want to wait a bit until maybe 62, thats when I did it and it only cost me about 3mil (Although prices have gone up a bit, either way piety, blessing, and longer sustained prayer time are all invaluable ;) )
  23. No, it looks awful. I mean the old one was basic, but this looks both generic and cheesy. I feel like I'm playing Mortal Kombat on my SNES with this crap. Before it looked like coral was randomly appearing on the characters, at least the blood splat and shield have distinctive looks that tell you what happened, also poison looks freaking sweet : . New world map aint bad either, tbh these are patches but at least they are pretty and distracting patches to distract me till the next quest :? .
  24. Just fyi, you do get a prayer book from the great brain robbery, but it cures poisen when a sara symbol is worn as well (Very useful for cave crawlers : ). Also you can buy one of the books immedietly and then another one after you complete your first, and you can buy the last when you complete the other two.
  25. I disagree, range while slaying is slower exp, boring if you safespot, and generally uses more food if you dont. I really only use it for monsters that have almost no other options or is actually faster in some way (If you havent noticed, Im not the biggest fan of ranged either  )
