  1. Supermarkets. I've seen an elderly women try to get a bottle of whisky and gotten asked for ID, but she looked 70+. It is that kind of cashier that makes me want to punch their faces with a baseball bat.
  2. People that get annoyed at the small things.
  3. EDIT - The embedding sort of ruined the automatic time select thing. Go to 00:29 =|
  4. breakin tha law Is it? You don't need to multilog to do it, and the two accounts really wouldn't be interacting with eachother, neither exchanging anything. If anything, i bet jagex would encourage such behavior(two p2p accounts per person means more money and less server load). I've never heard of any controversy over bless accounts. Personally, I don't see the point in one. The most likely cause of death is connection loss which would prevent any of your accounts from logging in. Plus, it takes a fair bit of capital to set one up (train an account to 70 stats, set up outside boss with the proper killcount/gear, and pay $60+/yr to keep it there...). It seems that you can't bless a grave when the grave owner has logged out, or disconnected. I guess I could get my friends to bring a bless account for me so I could get them to bless >.<
  5. This is why I plan on having a second 'bless account' for any bossing I do
  6. I played that on loop for 5 minutes. I feel angry.
  7. Mothers who can't look after children. Today, I've watched a woman repeatedly pick up a dropped dummy, suck it to 'clean' it (don't twss), and put it back into her baby's mouth. It gets worse: If the baby cries, they will dip the dummy into some alcohol and give it to the child. What the hell? This behaviour is wrong, and society is too lenient on irresponsible parents. Also, I've been ditched by supermarket employees before. Extremely frustrating, and simply terrible customer service in general. The store policy should be - Walk the customer to the desired location, should they require so. Don't ditch the customer, ever.
  8. Wow. I actually expected something from JaGex when they chose questions from TIF. Turns out all they did was copy and paste from the RS Q&A (barely knew anything more than what I already know)
  9. Can't find the discussion value here. Unless a large proportion of the player base are botters, the answer is no.
  10. Yes. This is the worst and I get it all the time. I will be in bed and be soooo tired, but I can't fall asleep. Sucks so much. Try that, except with an exam in the morning with 5 hour's sleep.
  11. Jagex's specialist team = trained monkeys sitting in a room constantly pressing banhammer? Pretty much. I see answers about "knowing the difference between RWTing and gifting" but that to me is a load of crap. They'd probably go by people's friends lists, or how they obtained the money, or ips of suspicious gifters. All of which can be evaded quite easily.

Some believe in God as a coping strategy in a high stress job (dealing with death as a doctor/nurse/surgeon), some believe in God because that's the way they are raised to think, and finally, some believe in God because they believe the Universe was created by a greater being. I believe in nothing, but chance and fate. Or science. I feel religion is an outdated, old fashioned way of explaining the Universe, luck and physics. Although hard to disprove the existence of God, it is yet even harder to prove he does exist. Not sure where I'm going with this, as I'm going into a tangent. I'll leave this here
  14. Getting lectured about my habits, and my life. It's my life, I live it the way I want.

What are you trying to say? Looks like gibberish to me, no offense.

What the hell is with you people. Snow days are terrible. Sure, it's fun in the snow, but do you really like walking in the sludgy mess when it thaws, or the icy roads if it stays cold? I got to skip a lesson 'cause I decided to revise for my exam on Monday morning. Hell yea
  17. Will there be a 10 second limit for those who recently exit the Wilderness? What are you going to do about teletabbing?
  18. *Didn't read the other posts yet* Are un-tradables going to be re-lootable like in the Old Wilderness?
  19. Why do people want guns so much? The only real counter-argument I see is that "it could be used for self-defense against dem criminals". You don't need to be a criminal, or a hardened homicidal person to kill someone with a gun. A shot could be fired to 'scare' a criminal and 'accidently' hit someone else. Besides, how likely is it really that a criminal is going to try and shoot your face off? If it's likely, why? The problem lies here, and instead of using fear as a weapon, or using a weapon as fear, why not target the problem head on? I think the logic behind the right to bear arms is kind of flawed. Unless the person has proper training with a weapon, they shouldn't have access to it because it's far more likely to kill someone else unintentionally with said weapon. Why should Walmart's carry boxes and boxes of ammunition that could be sold to any 17 year old with a fake ID badge? Gun related murders in the UK is almost unheard of, except for the recent Raoul Moat incident. Britain had slavery, Britain had English people, Britain had Christianity. What's so different about the UK and the States that there is a 10,000% difference in the number of firearms related deaths per year? Population may play a role, but it's not significant enough to explain the 100 fold difference in fire-arms related deaths. In conclusion, I think a solution could be to make guns harder to obtain, and only sell them to people with proper training for a good reason (Hunting, for example). Perhaps more harsh penalties for gun law violations would be useful as well to act as a deterrent...
  20. i make like 70% of that profit every single run. get jujus. get torstol. get scroll of life. Since when did farming Ranarrs become so profitable?
  21. I guess it's even worse for you, bein' a girl and all. On Topic; I find adverts quite annoying when I don't want them.
  22. There are differing histories, cultures, and people from country to country. To blame the outcome solely on the difference of laws and nothing else is a bit shallow. You TIFers and your attempts at using statistics in order to assert broad universal statements. :shame: Lives have been lost because proper self-defense was not available, and lives have been saved because proper self-defense was available. I am aware that self-defense being available has also caused accidental deaths and gave "self-defense" nuts the power of killing someone over trivial reasons. But as I said, it's a trade off either way. Let's just say America is a very broken society and people will always like killing other people. Why not blame it on the welfare system in America? The 6 year old who shot the 6 year old girl (Kayla Rolland) only obtained the gun because his mother had nowhere to stay (Working 10h day shifts for minimum wage, with 2 hour bus trips both ways) due to rent, so he had to go to his uncle's, where he found the gun laying around (he probably thought it was a toy?) Personally, I feel having a weapon for self-defence is silly either way. When guns are harder to obtain, without being completely restricted, gun related crime will go down, because guns won't be so widespread and easy to obtain every time someone turns homicidal and goes for a shooting spree (Columbine High School Massacre 1999). Sure, it might open a black market for guns, but who says you have to be in a gang or mafia to commit a gun related crime? I don't have stats, but I doubt all the homocides with firearms are gang related deaths. I think some people base their ethics and morals on the law, too. EDIT - And stop blaming cultural differences. You aren't that different, you're not the East.
  23. Sorry, had to ask: What?
