There is a simple solution to the exact scenario you have given, wield any bow without ammunition. "You have no ammo in your Quiver" You can't attack an npc by accident.

Well I guess you could spend more time outside; more sunlight should make you body produce more vitamin D, and you could try supplements as well.

It's not proof but: I've had a clue that was mostly coordinates, which meant fighting wizards and venturing to the wildy, which gave a crap reward. Yet i've had one where it was nothing but crate, map, emote, etc... with a robin hood hat at the end! So right now i just think it refers to the level of clue and the better rewards of each level.

4) If you're talking about the room with 5 or 6 levers that you have to pull within a time limit, then i can tell you that it is possible to do so by your self. I've done it many times. 5) you gain xp in the respective skills that you are training within Daemonheim.

You will not die from disease. Calm down. It takes about 3-4 doses of relc's balm to fully cure disease.
