well saying that jagex controles the economy isnt completely true either: the prices go down simply because be4 the GE they were very hard to get and now only a couple of clicks in GE and you got it (for ex. a rune warhammer could only be gotten when you posted on the rsof, now you put in a couple of k and you got it). also, its imposible for jagex to update their game and make every1 happy, there will allways be pll saying: you sould have done it this or that way... just adjust your gameplay to the new rs and done

i agree with u that a couple of jagex updates in the last year were not the 1s i prefered: the wild was 1 of my favorite ways to gain some cash and the raison i made a couple of good pures. also the trade limit is something i rather see removed. but the reasons they made these updates are quite simple: they did it because they had to, there was simply no other way to keep RS online. but exept these 2 updates, RS has definetly changed for the better and if they didnt made those updates i dont think ill still be playing. also the point that RS is throwing a bone to the ftp, just read the topic:'why cant F2P have...' on the rants forum and u will find 1000 posts telling u the same as comp: the only reason f2p exists, is to make them sing in for p2p, jagex is still a companie that wants to gain money...

i agree with the OP, i got a couple of accounts myself, but every time i try to raise their stats, it will only take 10-15mins to realise that it is terrebly boring to change between a lvl 118p2p and a lvl 75f2p... so usualy i just quit training and go back onto my main. allthough, i understand the uses of pures and of pure skillers(well untill the trade limit)

for the penguins: go penguins_w60(i think that was the cc) and you will be told where the penguins are... for xp lamps, there is no way to get it exept randoms, so do stuff where u get a lot of randoms: ex. fletching in GE. you can also use tears if summ is ur lowest skill... this will take really really long, so u can better kill low lvld creatures that drop lots of charms if you dont want to do combat alot. (good charm droppers are cockroaches and fire giants...)

if ur doing this 4 varrock diarie, just use spicy stews... if u realy want the lvl: make mith/iron plates they are the fastest and most cost efficient

in that case its faster to cut willows at barbarian outpost and bank them. u can burn them later at a good fm spot

try doing MTA, you wont make lots of profit(a couple of runes for every ivn orbs u deposit) but if you combine the enchanting room with the other rooms, its posible to gain some money and lots of xp.

80def isnt necessery(i easely kill them with my 75def). id get ur pray 60+(even 70) so u wont need to wast to many ppots, also get ur att up till 85+ and ur str also. i recomend only going to waterfiends after 68 summ since a bunyip is realy handy...

imposible: the chance that a spicy stew give +6 is quite low and the stats drain super fast(it will only last +6 for a couple of seconds) and catching a shark takes some time. get ur fishing till 73 and use fishing pots or 71-72 and admiral pies

dunno about the droprates, but camping is certainly not worth it. the only reason pll buy a mace for 40k it because its new. in 3-5days allmost every p2p account interested in questing will have done the quest and the mace will be worth allmost nothing: droprates are quite high so every1 would just get its own mace...

its banking pure ess and running to the rc altars, req assistance,craft the runes, run/tele to bank, repeat... it can also be done with regular ess, but then the crafter will buy the ess+a bonus amount of cash. its used by lots of lower lvld players who need some fast money

i dont know about the new events, but some time ago i got teleported to mime. i was watching a mobie at the same time so didnt react immediatly. after like 10mins i was still there(with failing 1 emote and doing no right 1s) dunno if thats what u wanted, but i think you just stay there...

cooking, thieving and fletching wouldnt take very long.. also mining and hunter would be handy and give you also some money. otherwise try fishing(flyfishing and monks) or agility they are allways handy yes the double xp is worth it, certainly if you wanna train ur smith and constr: it will cost much less and if you play SC in no combat clans, it wont take long to get a couple of them

you can do much more than 2k logs a day, believe me... as he asked in his first tread, he realy wants a 99 and quite fast. id go for fm or thiev since they are fast. also wc is an option (slower but less common). of course every 99 is grinding in 1 way or an other

buy a verac skirt, neitz helm, any good plate(barows or rune) and use slay darts/fire wave. that way ull only have to pray at dh...

depends. if you realy want a cape, just get 1 skill 99, then an other1 etc... personaly id do it that way since you will only have to concentrate on 1 skill (hp will go up anyway so not counting that).

since ur F2P id say giant spiders in SoS

just do fairy rings 1 and the first part of 2... u dont need any def if u use melee protect against the tanglefoot...
