  1. I doubt that'll happen soon, unless Iran does something drastic. BTW, what do you mean by not worthy? Well, considering that we've waged an illegal war for a decade and already have financial problems due to the war, declaring war on Iran in order to help Israel is not worth the heartache. This isn't even to mention the fact that Israel forges fake passports in order to assassinate their enemies overseas. They're a bunch of crooked bastards (at least their government is). I guess I have to agree on the first part. As for the second, I think I know better. These things are not unique to Israel, I assure you USA, England, Germany, France, and frankly, almost any other first world country, doe the same things. Israel just got caught, and sophisticated policiticians can't afford not to frown upon it. The media also had a bit of a celebration over it too...

  3. It's extremely hard to elaborate here. If you read my posts on this thread lately, you probably know of that method I developed along with my brother. Basically, since that method is mostly designed to help those in need, we focussed on the "friend zone" part quite a bit. The plans are a form of our method with specific adjustments.
  4. Evony Ads - you underestimate young teen males who like cleavage. Nothing, we will be platinum in a months time or so. Something's gotta give...why don't they just make us platinum now? They know we deserve it. They're just making sure the adverts are perfectly clean.
  5. Definitely not unless you're young, I've tried. All I have to do is suggest a girl get with a good friend and I get a pretty consistent "ew he's friend" plus I've heard a lot of rants from girls about movies where the dorky friend zoned guy gets the hot girl in the end. I'm guessing you're fairly young? I know how hard it is to believe something after "knowing" the opposite for so long, but trust me on this- all it takes is a change of approach. You trying that once or twice (or even 100 times if done wrong) is not enough for that, sorry. I had created and "launched" plans for specific cases for guys (from age 14 to 26) on how to get out of the "friend zone" of a certain girl. It worked every time. As for your question, I'm 18.
  6. In the same way that I vote for a candidate who'll tax someone and give me the money is both beneficial to me and the politician? I get money and he gets a vote. I'm not sure I understand the analogy you're making there. Assuming Jagex is offering something better than just our name under the word "Platinum", it's a logical deal. We gain content for removing advertisements that the Admins have assured us won't lose revenue, Jagex get what they're asking for even if it is a bit ridiculous. The only taking that's occurring is the taking possible new users form the companies that tip.it is no longer advertising for, and frankly I don't really give a damn about them to be completely honest. Besides, it's not like tip.it is where these companies are getting all of their players from, I'm sure they won't even know or care about the fact that we're no longer advertising their services. The only real negative would be if Jagex tried to censor content, which they won't do, ever. And if they try it I'm sure the admins won't be too happy. I feel like I lost the original discussion. What was I saying? I think that's what she meant with her analogy (bolded part). If it is, I can't say I disagree.
  7. That's probably very new and quite unbelieveable to some of you, but there's an (easy) way out of the "friend zone". It requires planning ahead and is very individual (and based on the very very specific relations you've had with the girl so far) but it's possible, and isn't hard AT ALL. Just my 2 cents. It depends really, when you're younger it can happen often, but when you get a bit older it doesn't. I can assure you the "friend zone" is mostly a myth. Hitting on girls who consider you their "good friend" has it's advantages and disadvantages, but overall- it's more than possible, it's even easy most of the time.
  8. This thread is for discussion of any of it, and all of it. In addition, here's the latest news about it- http://edition.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/meast/04/09/iran.nuclear/index.html [hide]Iran announced Friday it has advanced its nuclear technology, unveiling new, faster centrifuges and celebrating "giant steps" forward. In a speech celebrating National Nuclear Day, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad slammed "selfish behavior" by "arrogant" countries that have tried to negotiate a halt to Iran's nuclear activity. As he spoke, a crowd chanted "God is great" and "Death to America." "Today, Iranian scientists and experts have fully mastered the nuclear and have been taking giant steps and moving at full pace towards meeting all domestic needs and making proper use of home-grown potential in the field of nuclear energy," Ahmadinejad said. Officials unveiled what they called a "third generation" of centrifuges six times faster than the ones currently being used. Insisting Tehran's nuclear efforts are purely for energy purposes -- despite claims by many Western nations that Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons -- Ahmadinejad said he had been open to a deal, and blamed other countries for it falling apart. Ahmadinejad also accused the United States of encouraging nuclear proliferation through its policies. Referring to the signing of an arms deal between the United States and Russia this week -- including remarks by U.S. President Obama that the U.S. goal is a world without nuclear weapons -- Ahmadinejad called it "a show performed by the United States" and "a great lie."[/hide] I also heard from a semi-reliable source that the White House declared Iran's development of nuclear weapons is a result of malicious intent, and a malicious approach. That's nothing new ofcourse, but I'm glad it gets recognition from the White House, even though they're kind of late with their statements. Couldn't find any sources in English for that (most probably because I didn't really invest time in trying to find sources.) And guys, keep it clean.
  9. Personally, I don't think the Admins did wrong, at all. I'm all for their decision, because of it's benefits, and would have done the same thing myself. What I am against, is Jagex's request. It seems unreasonable to me, is all. I'd agree to it if I had the choice, only because the penalty (according to Admins' posts) isn't anything too harsh. And that post totally destroyed my 1337 postcount <_< ....
  10. Yah, thanks a lot :). EDIT: WOOT, my 1337 post! EDIT2: LOVING my new rank <3: !
  11. Something still seems kind of fishy here...to me atleast. Theres really nothing insidious or fishy to smell really. I think I'll stick to my conspiracy-theories despite that, no offence. My instinct just goes against it for some reason. [hide=OT]Das, pwetty pwease look at my PM :P. Sorry for nagging.[/hide]

  14. Then what took Tip.It so long? If Jagex clearly stated that??
  15. Also in addition to peters post We wanted to clarify other things such as the video game forum and wow thread and other content before jumping in head first ignorantly making a mistake. Jagex wanted Tip.It to remove that from the forums?! I'm starting to think less and less of Jagex... Jesus!! OT: Das... I'd love you to answer my PM :). EDIT: Sorry for double post, I was certain someone would post something before me considering how many people are currently viewing this thread...
  16. Mainly because that wasn't the *only* choice on the table. Legally I can't actually explain anything further. We didn't deliberately hang about and let the time run out. No offence to anyone, but your answer, combined with Qeltar's last post, leads me to develop some conspiracy theories here...
  17. Kind of petty then, isn't it? EDIT: On Jagex's side that is...
  18. What I don't get is... If Tip.It's revenue does not change by agreeing to remove the gaming adverts, why wasn't that done a lot ealier? I don't remember who said that (a staff), but he/she said that (if this ranking system existed back then) Tip.It's "ranking" changed from platinum to silver a long time ago because Tip.It was sitting on the fence for too long not deciding whether or not to remove these ads. Why?? If this change does not affect the revenue, why change it only now? Why not change it in the first place, if it really does not affect revenue??

  22. "At the start of your journey there were only 151 kinds of Pokemon. In less than a year we managed to find about 400 more." - Oak Sadly for Oak, its been 15 years now that Pokemon has been out, shouldnt we be up to 6000 now? Yeah, and shouldn't he be like 80? Their years != our years, else they would be on Earth and I'd be riding a mother[bleep]ing Charizard to TAFE. Oooh! LIKE DOG YEARS!
