Ss is good for general str training bgs is only good for corp maybe bandos. To be honest as others have said whip+defender is ur best bet. Unless ur str training then ss.

Mole is pretty good to get nests and elite lvl clues

Once u have completed the quest u can make it so u can switch at any altar between curses and prayers. Curses make many slayer tasks faster with the deflect curses.

If you ever plan to skill herblore I would just save them.

The way I did it was making super attacks sara brew and antifires till I could make super antifires. Eventually u will use all those super attacks to make extreme attacks. I find it a waste to make so many spec restore. I have 500 and I don't forsee me using more then that.

Rogues den is the fastest besides cooking guild once u have finished varrock hard tasks. The only range I ever see a differnce in is at lumbridge.

They are not as hard to get as people make it seem. It drops a lil less then whips just kill cannoneers and pray range.

I don't care what people say dfs is a great shield BUT compared to super antifire and extremes its a bronze sq shield.

Piety is better if you don't plan to level prayer. But deflect melee is better in situtions where you would normally protect melee the damaged reflected back makes tasks so much faster and it drains a lot slower then piety.

Ardy cloak, z spear,glory (for tell), dboots, rol (just incase), karils top and bottom use extreme pots and bring tort full of food

Uni is the first step to be considered elite. I use my uni at waterfiends mainly. I used to use it at metal dragons until I got turmoil/soul split.

You can do so much more with a zerker.

Whip + defender ftw

whip plus defender is better then just an ss. The defender will give you a good attack bonus. But with your stats I suggest to skill more first.

I used the thieving guild method my self to lvl 90. Its fast exp. I got 110k exp an hour only issue its no profit what so ever.
