  1. i suggest getting your summoning up so you can join the veteran boat. It looses more often than the novice boat, but the 2x points makes up for it when you do win.
  2. I don't think that the price of natures will go up very much because the update doesn't make alching faster or anything, it just makes it slightly easier to time. Which is not that much of an improvement, it is convenient at best.
  3. honestly using trees, oak at your level and then willow at 30, are nice xp, all you have to do is plant them once and just do waffle around doing whatever for about 2 hours and then come back to check health. I will say that it is really easy to get a basket of tomatoes (oak payment) or apples (willow payment) and the farmer next to the tree patch will make sure it doesn't get a disease. So in conclusion, use trees because for these levels the seeds are really cheap, and also pay the farmers to look after your patch.
  4. he is refering to shooting stars, the ones you can spot in player owned houses. You have to first find it, and then when you find it you start mining it and hopefully you will get a bunch of people to help you so it goes faster. and then you get about 60k cash and some other stuffs.
  5. lol they don't, a while ago I figured I would try and make some money off of these silly merch clans, but failed because no one keeps to the "drop date"/ "dump price" so whatever, it just made me realize that only the people who dictate the item actually make money, because if you look at the item right on the day they announce it, it has already been increasing for the past day or two, implying someone *cough* was buying up all of the available ones. zzz so whatever back to mining rune for me \
  6. Spirit Terrorbird I think? yea that one, because using the pools is what is slowing you down. terrorbird does the same thing, but you dont need to go all the way over there to get it.
  7. dont use lurker, i think its better to use that bird that gives you energy.
  8. but money lost is worth the shorter trip length imo
  9. Ok just so this is clear, if you see a rev, but the ore is still there JUST RUN. the ore is not worth your entire inventory of ores. so yea i learned that one the hard way >< so yea.
  10. well out of all of the high income skillz: hunter, mining, fishing, wood cutting i would have to say that mining is the best choice because only need lvl 85 (power mine iron or granite and it goes by fast) and you can be mining rune and it is a reliable source of income and relatively low lvl to get high incomes.
  11. well assuming your going to buy your runes, than bracelets will usually get the most alch value. i just did a quick look on the ge and it looks like emerald bracelets are the ones with the least money lost, but im sure if you just checked the alch table yourself you could find a better option, just check the alch value vs ge price and there ya go.
  12. mining if you get up to rune
  13. mine coal, thats what i used to do
  14. I agree with this, because showing the f2p players what the members stuff was like is prob better than letting p2p slaughter f2p worlds.
  15. if you need a guilded altar, i have one in my house its not as efficient as ecto tokens but its much faster pm me in game @ goro fujita if you want to use it
  16. ah fail didnt see IRC lol thought you meant clan chat nvm srry
  17. get your mining up to 85 and do runite. best money f2p i think
  18. i have no idea how jagex stores player data but its probably just some sort of list associated with each character and they store the image libraries once for everyone, therefore each player account probably doesn't take up much space on their servers.
  19. i vote pest control, because you get (your combat lvl) * 100 in gold, and also you get pest points which you can redeem for xp in all of the combat skillz. You do get xp while in the mini game, but it is half, to prevent this you could wear stealing creation gear. Wearing more pieces does not increase xp gain, (if you are wearing any sc gear, you get 2x xp) i reccomend just using the helm and using normal attk gears for the game. so in conclusion: do pest control, wear stealing creation helm, result: regular xp gain, and also pest points, and money = very good!
  20. well that depends on where, as long as you in any normal area, for example in a bank or town than i believe that there is no limmit on how much gold you can have.
  21. i was recently in a similar situation, but i saved up another 1 mill and got a bandos plate, and it is sooooo awesome
  22. lol, dont worry i still play and im 21
  23. f2p well if its your new main, 85 mining is a good moneymaker skill, tho mining iron could be boring, but if you can hang in there and bang it out its well worth it.
  24. well seeing as how you are f2p, than i would say pvp world is your best bet, but if you do become a p2p any time soon, then you could mine iron under lumbridge castle in the goblin mines, (need to do 1 quest first) and no one mines there usually thats how i got my 85 mining, and there is also a goblin there who will buy your iron, i prefered to sell it rather than dump (less clicking). anyways hope that helps
