If he doesn't attack them in CT he doesn't. Yes he does. If you don't believe me go into the CT and melee a dust devil without a facemask or slayer helm. They reduce your stats to 0. I've not tried ranging them, but I'm 100% sure they require a face mask or slayer helm to melee them (I made the mistake of being too cocky and trying to re-scroll my slayer helm mid fight). You're missing an important point here... I've ran through that room countless times with no facemask with no ill effects as long as I don't get attacked by the dusties.

Shades are absolutely terrible XP. You could be hitting constant 20s and they'd still be terrible XP. This is because XP is reduced to 1/16 of normal: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=170

You can go on the forums with an f2p account now, if you meet the requirement. Which would need you to have an f2p account around with 12.5m xp to appeal with. Everyones got one of those :roll:

Why do the BH worlds have no Grand Exchange? Seems a big oversight to me. Its not even hard as its RIGHT NEXT TO EDGEVILLE.

You risked your dhide top, bottoms and vamps, glory, a ring of dueling (if you forget to swap glories), an axe or pick, boots (normally boots of lightness which are a bit annoying to get) and cape (either spotted or god cape). Along with all your pouches and (p) ess. It totaled at about 100k in just the cash value of the items. The pouches, god cape and boots of lightness could easily take 10+ minutes to get back. It was risky epically with 4 Pk'ers lined up waiting, but as bladewing said it kept the price of natures up and essence down. Epic risky? A successful PK had to successfully TB, Entangle and then KO you with specs before entangle runs out and you ran off.... Which is very hard to do on a moving target in dragonhides. And if you fail the TB they teleported... And as its a single conbat zone more PKers doesn't make it more dangerous. Not epic risky in the slightest.

Thats just some shiny avatar powers in an enchanted amulet you killed. Bandos is prohibited from directly interfering in Runescape by the Guthixian Edicts.

It would need some tweaking to prevent people just killing each other while carrying thousands of maple longbows (u) but otherwise sounds good. Perhaps it only counts the value of non-noted stuff you may be carrying?

Hitpoints. I kind of need them to live.

So how does new drop potential get created to replace that consumed making drops? All that happens in your idea is you steal someone elses potential. Eventually there'll be no potential left.
