As for your slayer master, Kuradal. She's in the Ancient Cavern. You'll need 75 slayer and 110 combat. You also have to complete the Barbarian firemaking task.

Being an owner of an untrimmed Strength cape, I can tell you that they are. I'm supposed to "get a real 99", not have a "noob 99". I can't even begin to tell you how many people have told me this and other similar [cabbage].

At least 43 prayer for Protect from Melee. You could use big bones with guilded altars. It shouldn't cost too much for just 10 levels from that.

You could try Fire Bolting iron and steel dragons with some Chaos Gauntlets.

You'll need to be around 70/75 in all melee skills, 70 range, 60 or 70 magic, and 43 prayer before anyone could recommend any bosses for you. If you tried bosses with your current stats, you'd be pretty much screwed.

Underground Pass isn't as difficult as it is annoying. You will need quite a bit of Agility training for it. Anywhere between 50 and 55 Agility should be fine. With Protect From Melee, Monkey Madness becomes easy mode.

Against something like steel dragons, it makes sense that you'd need accuracy over higher damage, so personally, I'd use the Armadyl. Of course, I could be completely wrong about this since I've never ranged a metal dragon in my entire life :P

From what I understand, it's impossible. You have to pull everything out of your bank and drop it or just wait until you're a member again. Yeah, it sucks.
