I was skimming through Variety this morning and ran into this article about Youtube being in talks with studios about possible movie rentals online. You may just see this and be like "Oh cool I can't wait!" but what do you think this will do for the movie industry? Should Netflix or a company like Blockbusters be worried?

You don't have to be political to watch a presidential address. I think that is a huge misconception we as a society have that you need to be 'political' to care. IMO people should pay attention to the news and current events so they're aware of whats happening around them. If we disconnect ourselves from politics we're only hurting ourselves in the long run.

I think it's great that the president is trying to connect with everyone in our country and making everyone feel involved on some level. Hopefully his speech inspires and encourages students to be successful with their education.

I don't think so. A lot of people enjoy the humor of Waterboy and how it just pokes fun of certain stereotypes of people of the south. For me football has little to due with the movie's success.

Playstation 3's can connect to the internet through WiFi and it also has an ethernet port on the back. If you have questions on how to set your playstation up to the internet I'd check out this Sony's support page. I personally connect my PS3 through WiFi and it works great and it's really simple to setup.

If you really must know a teeny bit of pixie dust, some take out, and a great community. ;)

Dark Blue, Lost, House, Entourage are several drama series I watch. Entourage is my favorite show on TV I'd recommend it to anyone.

How many of you actually walk up to a black person and call them the n-word? I'm almost certain the majority of you would be scared to death to call a black person the n-word in a conversation because you subconsciously know it's offensive. Also like others have said it all depends on the context because I myself call one of my really good friends (whose black) the n-word jokingly and he's fine with it himself because we both understand the context of how we are using the word. Another group of people I know who are black I would never dare use the word in front of because you never know how someone is going to react.

I've seen season one. I thought it was pretty good but I'm starting to lose faith in Showtime. All their tv series like Weeds and Califorication I used to enjoy and now they're all lost their touch.

You rate George Lazenby over Dalton? :uhh: Right then. Anyhow, my preferences are: Connery Dalton/Moore Brosnon Lazenby I'm yet to find a solid place for Craig as his stint as Bond isn't up yet. And due to the linear nature of his movies, I'm not going to be able to form a final opinion of how good a Bond he was until that role is finished. So far he's sitting with Dalton and Moore due mainly to the fact that he is a good choice for a "raw and unrefined" Bond. However, if he can portray the suave and generally 'badass' Bond as he loses more of his roughness is another issue we're yet to see. That might push him up or down the list a bit. The one with George Lazenby is one of like 3 Bonds films I haven't seen. I can't believe you have Dalton tied with Moore. :shame: Dalton doesn't even fit the role for me. The first Bond film I saw with him I didn't even know he was Bond until about 20 minutes.

I'm not a big fan of the striped background. Everything else works for me but the stripes add to much if your going for minimalism. I'd try a pure white background. Very simple but I think you'd be much happier with it in the end imo.

The older Bonds from start to finish are the same in every film as they don't grow they stay exactly the same. There isn't any character growth. Craig's Bond grows throughout each film as he learns from his experiences which makes him more likable as a character making him like most of you have already mention; he's more "real".

When I was applying for colleges I thought I wanted to major in chemistry and after I sent off my applications I ended up changing my major soon after I got accept to Arizona State University to Film and Media Studies because in the long run I would enjoy it more. What I'd do is what Nadril said because every college offers different majors. Another thing is don't worry about how much money you want to make because if your good at what you do, your going to make money. Medical degrees are good ones. Family doctors are in a big demand right now, they make like 100k a year I think I read.
