Where in the World is Tip.it?
Sounds like my High School, but my graduating class only had about 60 people. Small town fo' life, indeed! I can't believe there's almost no one in Canada east of the GTA. I'll have to sign up for a google account and tag the eastern tip of Ontario. :^_^: I knew Zokot was in Toronto, but I didn't realize Killerred was in St. Catherines. Very cool. I wonder who else lives (relatively) close to me?

Dutch court ruling on kids forcing another to hand over RS goods
On topic, this sort of thing is hardly new (well, maybe to RS). Every so often there's another story of somebody who was robbed of, or stole, some item from one MMO or another. The one I remember most was when some guy in Asia (possibly Korea but don't quote me) hacked his friend's account and sold off a rare in-game sword and the guy who was hacked killed him over it.

Woot. I'm really looking forward to this. The last two were lots of fun.

Old Runescape or new runescape?
Honestly, there are features about both that I like. I miss the way the old (pre-2007) RS used to be (or maybe just the way it seemed to be through the lens of nostalgia), the torn parchment look the chat box had and the way mining rocks were all one colour instead of just coloured lines. I like the way the GE changed buying/selling items (I *really* hated saying "buy/sell x" over and over again), the graphical improvements and they way they've updated the game and added more features while still retaining the same basic interface layout. Is one better than the other? Without being able to switch between them to compare I really can't say.

Sonic - rip blogging
Dag. I better get off my wagon and get busy or you're going to get 99 DG before I get 99 Mining. :P How does it feel to almost have your first 90?

30-Jun-2011 Introducing: Clan Citadels
I won't be able to access my clan's citadel. :( Oh well, at least I still have my cape. :) Looks very interesting though. I can't wait to see how they come out.

FTP Dungeoneering complexity
It's not supposed to happen, but you will occasionally run into a member's skill challenge room/door, and even doors that require 100+ skill level, on F2P worlds.

What if Jagex changed the rules and permitted botting?
That was the best way to play Fallout 1 and 2 as well. It's not quite comparable to RuneScape though; with Fallout you're talking about a static game with expansion packs (not 1 or 2, but I'm pretty sure 3 has a couple), while RS has new content added at least a couple of times a month.

RuneScape Radio
What kind of stuff would you broadcast? All talk? All music? A combination of both? What would you talk about? How long would the show run? Sounds like an interesting idea. Let us know when you get it running and I'll check it out.

Phyrexial's Blog :)
Always good to see more canucks on TIF, and a fellow tradesman at that (I'm a petroleum mechanic in Ontario). Halifax is beautiful, and I actually first started playing RS while on vacation there. :) Hope to see some pics soon.

Kaida23's Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero!
Thanks, guys. I try to make each entry worth reading. I'm glad everyone has been enjoying things so far. :) I think you might be getting me mixed up with one of the writers. I'm just an editor. But thanks for the kind words. Now that you mention the Times articles however, this week's edition has my 3rd edited and published article in as many weeks since joining which means I've gone 3 for 3 in my first month! I doubt articles I've worked on will be published every week, but it's not too shabby for one of the newbies. I know, right? :( It's starting to look like my only hope now is a donation from a generous (and wealthy) benefactor. ...that's right, I'm not too proud to beg. Thanks. It's coming slowly but surely. I've got to get my stock of Mining Urns built back up and then it will be back to the mines for a while. Hopefully I will have an xp update in the next couple of days.

28-Jun-2011 - Members Loyalty Programme Now Available!
Very nice. I don't know why Jagex is surprised that their systems are getting overloaded. Didn't they realize that everyone would want to sign up and get the rewards as soon as possible?

Moderator Trainee Recruitment Drive 2011 - CLOSED
Good luck to everyone who applies. The *looks at wrist* three weeks I've been on the EP has been a blast, and I can only assume the other staff positions are just as fun. ...who am I kidding? EP is the best staff position.
