Surely your friend is aware of the derogatory meaning that word has almost everywhere else. Is it really that hard to type "I'm going for a smoke" instead? That said, I do agree that this whole thing is a bit heavy-handed on Jagex's part. Automuting for things said publicly I could get behind, but private messages? That's just ridiculous.

If they do that again, I hope they make it available to more than 25 people.

The main articles/editorials will be generally be in a more proper newspaper article format, but we're always open to new ideas and submissions of different types and they don't necessarily have to come from the EP authors. Everyone is free, and encouraged, to submit RS-themed articles, stories (we often publish fictional works), cartoons, poems, limericks, dirty jokes...well, those last two probably won't be published, but we'll appreciate them nonetheless. :P While applications are to be PM'd directly to @tripsis, guest submissions can be sent at any time to any member of the EP and we will make sure it is passed along to the rest of the team for processing.

Just when you think Jagex's mainstream press coverage has started looking better, the Financial Times calls Jagex's flagship game "RuneQuest." :? Could be that they are re-branding the game for a better image though in other parts of the world. Except RuneQuest is already a thing. And it predates RuneScape by a couple of decades.
