urgh urgh urgh it's annoying needing 130m for turmoil and having 120m

I've heard from a bunch of my friends that magic defense is the way to go at solo bandos. In this case, would I want to bring full Karil's instead of my usual setup of Bandos/Verac's?

Tested both claws and Korasi's Sword at black dragons, with extremes and 99 attack / 96 strength and piety claws were better.

Hand cannon is probably a losing proposition at 80 firemaking.

It has nothing to do with laziness. If you don't bind a fire staff, there is NO WAY you should have the spare time to make a giant pile of fire runes. The point of this thing is to make maging effective without wasting time on it. Of course, I'm still against binding a staff at all. Seems like a waste of a bind when you can just mage without one. I agree, unless you're 120 dungeoneering and you can have hood + 2h/primal battleaxe + torso armor of your choice + staff bound. Or neck, hex, etc.

went to dks, surprisingly didn't fail in a trio tribrid. came away with a cool 3m and a pretty crappy bow. oh also my friend pronounced amulet of fury "amulet of furry". he will be lol'd at.

Nope, the longsword only has slash for accurate/aggressive- the stab option is controlled so you can't use it with rings, making it a crap weapon overall. if you're with a perm team, would having maybe one Longsword be a decent idea though? For stabbing purposes. You can also use tank with it, since the only req is a shield, not combat style iirc I'd use a primal spear there instead. [/hide] Hmm, maybe. But you can't use ANY melee rings with that. It might also be fair to mention the 1 primal Longsword we have is our keyer as well, So being a 1h weapon, he can use tank. Not to mention none of us can get the spear yet :P I'd use it there. The primal longsword is probably a little bit better than the primal battleaxe for keying because slash/crush can be found on 2h's.

10 days without RS? how did u ever surive? was it tripy? did u see colors flashing wee-woo-wee-woo? If you did you should go see a doctor and maybe go to a EverQuest clinic, which is like the methadone clinic for RuneScape. Hopefully the playerbase there will troll you out of MMO's forever.

I can't take this suggestion seriously because of the caps lock title. Either way I find it pointless, I don't pick up anything worth less than ~3k or so, which means all coin drops and the majority of non-death rune drops.

I just use a gmaul. Gmace also works.

What would be good levels for me to start soloing rex? 80 magic (CoG + charge using void mace) 70 DGing (arcane necklace) I'd also recommend bringing a magic potion in case of a crasher. Right now, my pure (relatively rich and high-skilled so I don't want to toss it away) has 70 attack, 95 strength, 58 defence, 84 ranged, 86 magic, and 45 prayer. Is this good to pk with? If not, let me know what I can to to help.

I did dungeoneering with my friends until my Rapier. Then they all quit after getting their noob longswords. The trick is having better friends :thumbup:
