The whole point of changing reqs is to get better, telling them hey we're raising reqs but you'll still be here and exempt from having to meet the reqs will turn some off to not train. I believed in rewarding loyalty and dedication. It never was an issue in my clan when we went from 100 to 105 to 110+ .

i did this with my old clan KoFH, we grandfathered in any current members to be exempt from the new and higher requirements.
