Heh heh, I would like to do something like that as well. Moving around exploring the changed area, in risk of being attacked by other players in the wilderness... I used to do that while dodging revenants as well, mainly for unlocking wildy music, but to just explore the area.

It's great for free play and their ridiculously slow prayer gains, but even then it shouldn't really be done because an altar doesn't always appear. But hey it's a good tip nevertheless. Also, normal bones only go from 4 to 18 xp because normal bones are actually 4.5 xp in the first place, not 4. All bones have a x4 bonus attached to them.

This article explains it better. About the horoscopes themselves, I never really pay attention to these anyway so it's not life-shattering. However, I must admit, being the new constellation (Ophiuchus) is a pretty cool change from Sagittarius. :thumbup:

I support this dye idea. Maybe extrapolate to the clothing you get in random events, and possibly holiday event items? The only problem would be bronze-addy stuff. What can be done about them, so when you dye rune you won't get it confused with these?

So Drw is now #2 to get 200m rc. I wonder if free trade comes out, will the top players actually rc more for once (blood/zmi runners), and use effigies on a different skill instead? If so, which skill should it be used on? Slayer, fishing, and agility all seem pretty slow from what I have read.

Alright, I can confirm the glitch has been fixed now. A load of water runes gave me like 170-ish xp now, and the Lumbridge ring sparkles to life message appears again. Took them long enough... <_<

What hidden updates? The thread doesn't even mention it anywhere. It only has updates till November 2010. I'll go ahead and test ring 3 though.

This post dumbfounded me. How to train slayer: 1. Get a task from your highest slayer master. 2. Do said task, and gain levels in the process. 3. When finished, go back to slayer master. 4. Rinse and repeat. 5. ??? 6. PROFIT!!! Sure is complicated, right? :rolleyes:

Whoa, it's been nearly 2 years since you posted this thread. I didn't think you would come back and check either! Are you and other veterans excited about the return of the great stuff? Yes I know I came after the wildy/trade shutdown, but it still looks good to me :thumbsup:

Yay, finally old wildy and free trade is coming back! No need for this thread anymore, right? However, there's still the problem of Jagex managing to get this transition done right. If all this does is mess up the game even more, then Jagex has just taken two steps backwards again.

Well sure, there are some people who actually aren't idiots in dung. But the problem is that non-idiots are rather rare in the main dung worlds *stares at 7 and 117* I don't think teaming is all that bad either, in fact it can be a whole new level for fun. However, if you want to guarantee fun, you better do it with friends, a perm team, a clan chat, or people on these forums.

Talk to Negative12, Pinkbullet3 or anyone else that manages/runs/frequents the chat. (Don't talk to me though - I'm not playing for a while until I get my internet problem solved.) About free trade and wildy, I wonder how this will affect us free players. Will things still be the same as ever? The only thing I know will change are GE prices and obviously trading and PvP.
