I think the flood control timer is fine as of now. However, there is one problem with it. Remember the forum, Forum Games? Having to wait 45 seconds before I can reply to another counting thread kinda ticks me off. Perhaps provide an exception for that forum?

Lol haha. I say you should finish that final campaign first if you wish to TRULY 100%. Censorship sucks, period. You can order it overseas or buy a "fake" copy. Although sometimes the copy might not work.

If you don't mind the "slowness" of getting levels, use a whip on controlled + rune defender. Otherwise, use a Saradomin Sword.

Wow, you jumped from unranked to my mining level in a matter of days. :blink: Also, I know how you feel about the video game achievements. Actually, that isn't hard, it's just very time consuming. Did you try leaving your xbox 360 on for 14 hours straight? Though, it's not as annoying as full comboing songs in rhythm games. I almost always miss at least a few notes on each song on the hardest difficulty. -_-
