For your bet, i only have to be right about the majority (50% or more), and it's a well known fact the majority of runescape players use bots at some point in their life. So yes, i'll call your $1,000,000 bet. I doubt you're capable of paying that though, so i'll just accept 2b in game instead. :) I don't have 2b in game. Show me proof or your statistics are worthless. Also, I said bet me that the majority of the people on this thread are bots, not the majority of runescape. But either way neither of us could prove that. Secondly, a botter would be annoyed by it as when they are not watching their bot, if someone asks them if they're a bot they can not reply. Thus they will be reported and hopefully banned. By interupting i also mean they will be banned. (Try botting on a banned account.) Just because someone doesn't reply doesn't make them a bot. Or was that not made clear enough times on this thread? And no thanks to trying botting in general. You're the one with terrible logic. People are activley hunting the people that make the skill you're training less profitable for you, and you hate them for it. I wouldn't call following around legitimate players repeatedly saying "bot" bot hunting. If you want to bot hunt go for it but try finding actual bots instead of any random player runecrafting please. I hate bots but I hate the people that follow me around and make false accusations against me. I don't play the game for profits I'm working on max total so all my money is dumped into skills quickly. If I played for profit I wouldn't be skilling because even if there were no bots it still wouldn't beat pvm. In other words, bots bringing down the prices annoy the hell out of me but I'm not really worried about profits. Side note: You lose money making single natures and astrals now lol. Exactly. Sure, some WBM behavior is annoying - but would you rather have a WBM or a bot? At least that's 1 more real player out there. Honestly at least bots don't annoy the hell out of me. Even if a WBM isn't even talking to me they're just annoying. I usually just mute them immediately. But I do hate how bots control the runescape economy.

Sailing was a stupid rumor that evolved from a boat being on the homepage of runescape a few years ago. Now it's just a joke so I don't know why you're suggesting it as an idea for a skill. I don't understand the pupose of adding swimming as a skill. Agility at least has some use, swimming would be pointless due to the fact that you can teleport to almost anywhere even without the magic level required (tabs, jewelry, etc.). Archaeology is the only one of those I would believe has potential as a skill although I don't think it ever will be one. But I wouldn't be extremely surprised if jagex released a skill somewhat similar to the idea. Archaeology has some sort of potential for a lot of content added to the game. The thread on the runescape suggestions page is actually very interesting in my opinion.

200m in all skills in rsc would take like 30 years.... have fun.

I think like 90% of them can talk and a lot of people that skill don't talk in public chat tbh. I keep mine on hide the majority of the time I play even when I'm not skilling. The newer players all seem to be annoying.

I can't see many people just sitting in the citadel I guess to just talk. That's what the clan chat is for, I don't need to watch the people I'm talking to while I'm not gaining any xp. But that's just my view.

Does anyone know the formula to calculate how many runes per essence you get for non-doubled runes at a certain runecrafting level. Ex. making 1.3 death runes for 1 pure essence at 91 runecrafting (made up numbers).

Huge gold farmers typically write their own scripts. The only way for people to switch over to a bot jagex made (which would be discovered within like an hour of being released) would be to make it even better than bots that are currently out there. I don't see how occupying massive amounts of jagex's time for it to be discovered within at the most a day would solve anything. On another note, runecrafting bots are pissing me off atm.

And now I have something to point out to people who think rune wiki is always right. Do you have a proof that there is no cap (i.e. a 5b cap) on total xp? Without this proof it is possible that there is a cap anywhere between 3b and 5b. I know this is not very likely, but still... Jagex could do anything they want. Actually yes, the maximum number runescape can handle is 2,147,483,647. XP is measured in 10ths so technically the max xp is 214m xp. Jagex just for whatever reason decided to cap it at 200m (most likely to just keep a simple number). Since max total xp didn't stop at 2.14b xp there is no reason to assume it would stop at 3b instead of 5b (all of the skills at 200m added together). Also, it is impossible for it to go over 5b xp without another skill being added.
