A) If people actually tip, waitressing jobs pay a lot better than minimum wage jobs. B) Not everyone has the luxury of getting a job with a "realistic approach". Funny you mention living on the streets rather than waitressing. Seems to me that surviving in that...um...profession requires the same human generosity generally shown to waiters ;) Exactly, it's a "what-if" scenario. I don't like working in a "what-if" environment. I want to get paid per hour, not by the generosity of other human beings...because I don't trust them giving it to me. That's why you will never see me work purely on commission, neither. Well firstly, working on commission has nothing to do with depending on the generosity of others. And sales is a very reliable job if you know how to do it and take a methodical approach to perfecting your technique. (This is coming from a guy whose dad currently makes $75,000 a year selling mattresses.) The only "what if" in sales is whetheer customers will show up, but if you don't get any customers in a minimum wage job, you'll probably find that the company itsself closes, so that's a risk in both.

I think Modmanager just screwed up my abiltiy to mod Minecraft. <_< I'm trying to install Humans+ with Mocreatrues and Mellanire, but the only one I can egt working even alone is Millenaire. Also, I have to manually delete Millenaire from my Minecraft fodlers to rpevent it from hanging around even after Mod manger "removes" it. Also, 303 deleted the Spawnlist mod, so is it the fact that I'm not using that that's making Mocratrues and Humans+ not work? If so, can anyone ehre link an alternative?

When a hairdresser ignroe what you ask for and cuts your hair how they think it should be. I asked for mid-neck length hair and got ear-length hair. Though it could've been worse. He almost changed my part to hipster-style bangs. (Not that those are bad, they're just not something that would suit me). I found out that my girlfriend can't go to a comic convention with me (one of the few ways we can hang out, as her parents have outlawed us hanging out), because she has to take home one of those robot babies for her parenting class. So, I'm actually making this post at the request of a close friend. One of her best friends has been acting well, whiney lately. She'll loudly state that a teacher made her cry when they didn't answer a question, and tends to make comments alluding to her having no friends and such. She claims her mom is abusive and that she's been grounded for three years for no reason. But she was grounded last year actually, for having failing grades. When complaining about being grounded to her mom in front of others her mom said "You'll be ungrounded when you do your chores." To which she basically stuck out her tongue and ended the conversation. Basically, none of her stories of woe seem to add up, and it seems like she's playing for pity. Basically, the old her is missed, and my friend wishes she could have her old not-so-whiney friend back. So, anything I can tell her to help?

Well, I have an idea. However, I'm shrot on tiem right now and this would take forever to puzzle out. However, last year I created a "scroll code" which works something like this: For the first letter, A=Z, B=A, etc. For the second letter, A=A, B=B, etc. For the third letter A=B, B=c, etc. This continues until the twenty sixth letter, after which you start over at one. I always figured that such a code would be unbreakable, but.... I'm wondering if this guy could've had the same idea? It would explain the extreme randomness of the letters. Although he coul've started with any alignment before he began rotating....

When a person who can't defend themselves is being picked on (like a mentally disabled person or a cripple), you should help. Why? Because they lack the capability to help themselves, and if you stand by and allow misdeeds to happen that you could have stopped, you are nearly as bad as the perpetrators of those misdeeds. Yeah I'm sure dizzle actually helps people like that in real life and doesn't just run off and whine to the internet. If his past posts are to be believed, then yes he does help people. Of course he could be lying, but then, this entire situation could be made up. It's easier to take things said at face value.
