200m ranks are preserved. Toony left the hiscores for awhile making Chilly rank 1 Slayer. When he resubscribed he regained his original Slayer rank at rank 1. The only people that have lost 200m ranks are those who were banned and were able to lift the ban. iirc that bu11seye00 was falsely banned or something. If you look at his Runetracker he went from rank 44 to rank 211 in Dungeoneering.

It's fine people make mistakes. Also he really won't be top 100 in all skills including F2P accounts. He was little over 100 rank in Cooking pre-F2P hiscore removal. mhm he was rank 143 Cooking pre-f2p removal. If over 50 people dropped members on Cooking, one could say it is likely that 12 dropped off Firemaking and maybe even 30 on Attack. Although I doubt that many for Attack. It's going to be awesome to see S U O M I max out all 200ms. I've been posting in this thread since Dungeoneering was released and since the skill was new, I got to Dungeoneer with many of the top ranks. Which greatly sparked my interest in this thread. Plus the efficiency debates and reading about people's new methods was always exciting.

Hmm to be honest though I'm surprised this thread is here. I thought Tip.it had a policy against these kind of threads as there is no "official" statements (hunter bots and those people who duped gold and dragon bolts) about these individuals that I know of.

Awesome that the top 15 on the RS hiscores is the top 15 in experience too.

I've been playing Castle wars a lot the past year. I have been going for 5k games since April. Recently passed the 2400 mark. So pretty much for my playing time it has taken me 8 months to get half way. Lots of those names posted I've seen "afking" castle wars. Now I don't really know which ones bot or do not, but I always had the suspicion that a lot of them did. Before EOC I used to mage defence. But often teams are stacked and well defending against nothing is boring. So I go barrage the loafers by the trapdoor to see how many kills I can get. These people are standing at the door trying to AFK, but the strange part is as soon as I kill them they go right back up the trapdoor. You can usually tell the people who aren't botting will go scatter on the outer edge of the loafer room. Because they know I won't single people out as I was barraging the trap door for the most xp and most kills. Anyways the point I'm making is why would someone who is trying to AFK go back up the ladder every 10 seconds just to die again, instead of going out of the line of fire. Glad to see Jagex is taking a firm stance against botters, even if it just simple as botting Castle wars. I have played (not loafed) all my games and several others have played 5k castle wars games. So if we can do it, they are perfectly capable of playing the minigame too. May sound harsh, but I see it as if you don't want to help your team then don't go for the 5k games. I do however largely support the requirement being removed or nerfed as it is insane. 80 days of just Castle wars. Insane or not is no excuse to cheat. I think people who set goals worry to much about the destination and forget about the journey. I have over 400 days played and the vet capes and I still haven't maxed. The main reason is too much skilling bores me. But I don't cheat, I just don't go for the cape. I'm 90+ now so one day I'll get max cape, but if it takes me another 100-200 days. I'm ok with that because I just go at my own pace and do what I enjoy on this game. edit: on the to be investigated i wa5 h4ck3d runs around and pks a lot so I don't think he bots. Zyver often attacks me when I start messing with the loafers and pks quite a bit, so I don't think he does either.

ik Snuggzz was *training* at Jadinko lair. One of those things, goes to school, but has xp gains that would be like 15-18hrs a day. Just saying.

S U O M I man just finish off the last 240m xp. We all want you too! I'm sure Jake and Drumgun even want to see you achieve it. So close! Don't no life it at all, but just play the hours you're comfortable with. Of course if you can't play/have the desire then I understand. But you're so close!

Assuming 1/4 effigy steps gave him an average of 22500 exp , and at lvl 99 a dragonkin lamp is about 50000exp, he'd net 72500 exp usefull exp per effigy. Which mean he'd still need a whopping 2069 effigies to get that done. I think Suomi had like 35m rc xp when he started doing it with effigies, then later in runespan Ye he might have got around 30m off ZMI. Ik Slayer and Runecraft were his few sub 99s. And the 2069 effigies, I wouldn't doubt at all he got that much. If not more. He did slayer + crawlers combined for like 9 months. Although, I don't think S U O M I was even 138cb when he had 200m agil/fish. So I think he did those "legit".

Ye he only effigied like 100m Rc xp and like 50m slayer xp. Well to check Rc xp just see when Runespan was released. Although he might had done some ZMI when he was getting 99. I remember him mentioning earlier in this thread he enjoyed running to altars.

S U O M I did so much mining then superheating the gold ore. That is more insane then the cave crawlers imo. Plus I don't think S U O M I afk trains, even if it's easily doable.

I've been playing a lot of Castle wars. I'm at about 1770 games and 2100 tickets and haven't loafed my games (maybe 10 at the most). I can certainly tell you that there is not equal loafers on each side. I don't mind people loafing because ye it's a stupid requirement. And why only Castle wars? I get it has a cape to unlock, but they could just change the cape to be universal to all minigames. A lot of loafers don't realize is that it's really frustrating to lower levels because they're losing (and about 90% of the team is idle), Castle wars is stacked just like almost all PvP minigames. Non-stacked games you'd have to do private games, but good luck getting 5000 private games in a reasonable time frame. The only solution I really have is to give 1 ticket for losing. That way if you do lose you still gain something. Unlike those going for Cct an extra game means almost nothing, however a ticket saves a possible 20 minutes of their lives. Personally, I would rather see the requirement removed. All it does is attract 100s of the AFK-style players to a minigame which is team based. By joining a team you're "supposed" to be making a commitment to help that team out. Not just stand at the trapdoor. People can blame Jagex for making it a requirement, and I do agree it's a insane requirement. But I don't AFK, 100s of other players didn't AFK their games (the players that got 5k even before Comp capes), so yes there isn't much excuse to AFK games. I look at it as either play or don't go for the Cct, but it's whatever loafing is here to stay unless Jagex changes the game and adds an activity bar (but then that could punish defence players).

Well, I think it's good he is reducing playtime. I suppose if he doesn't enjoy rs anymore then there is no reason to play. However, I do hope he still aims to get 200m. He has two skills left that can be trained at a decent pace and require little to no money. Maybe he really hates hunter like Paperbag hates dungeoneering (I remember those depressing posts he made on this very thread). It seems like a lot of top players are maxing the skills they enjoy and quitting because why train the skills you don't enjoy. Runescape is meant for entertainment purposes after all. If S U O M I does come back he could say he felt he should max for his fans and those who donated. So it doesn't look like he was attention seeking.

I think there are a lot of casual players left. Also, a lot of your casual players maxed since the game has been out for 10 years. I'm not sure if I'm considered casual, I have 400m xp but also 380 days played. Which is a lot of days of no skilling and just chilling. But I'm not sure if you mean casual in the sense of just goes on RS for 30mins once a week. I think it was mentioned earlier, you're more likely to find your casual players in less efficient spots. Such as Magic trees. Lava flow mine is a great place to meet people imo. Even though it is highly afk, you actually get a lot more talkative people than Living Rock Caverns.

I have different experiences. So I own a few Runescape shirts from Jagex store. No-one has ever said anything about them. Positive or negative. So I'd assume most people don't care about/know what it is. I often play Runescape at my school between classes and I've had several people approach me about the game. They were more nostalgic over it (telling me what they used to do, someone at my college apparently ran runes for Larryr), rather then Rs is nerdy. The magic players get more flak from others imo. But who cares really if someone plays cod, magic, rs, or D&D. They're fun to play w/ friends and that is what matters.
