I don't see the point of reposting what we've already seen before. It certainly looks like what we were just talking about on the other thread, and if there's some slight difference... well there's no the original post to refer back to, is there? What specific powers are you looking for? Any available forum 'powers' I can think of at the moment are pretty much restricted to mods for a certain reason.

Nice idea, but this is one of those things that can be interpreted as 'favoritism'.
