Just to clear up, this is NOT an actual update. It is someone putting forward their proposal on how jagex could resolve rares from the game. To the creator of this topic; you need to make this clearer in your original post, and change the format you have written it in. It is misleading.

I have always maintained that the problem(?) of having rares can only ever be solved one way, and that is not by Jagex. The only way to ever remove party hats is to have one, or several, excessively rich players buying them, and collecting them for storage, or alching them. Sure, the prices would become absolutely astronomical if people figured out what was going on, but this is also a good thing. It would mean that only a very small handful of people would be able to afford them, effectively taking them out of the mainstream trading. Of course, you would get some people hanging on to them, but again, this is no bad thing, as they are not trading them. Personally, I can't see the problem with them. In every economy, you must have some item for the phenomenally rich to spend their money on, unless the phenomenally rich did not spend their money. In conclusion, I do not see a problem with Party Hats as they stabilise the economy, and to some extent, put pay to inflation. However, if Jagex were to decide one day that they were to remove Party Hats, the only way would be for them to create a character with massive amounts of cash to buy the hats back off people, which would be a VERY bad idea, as they are putting all that cash back into the system, causing almost everything to rapidly appreciate in value, or to persuade one or a group of extremely rich players to part with their money and to buy and alch the hats. Comments please?

Hmm, interesting, It could indicate that they intend to release an update at the same time as removing the Christmas special, but they have not quite finished the update yet, so they postponed it a day. We will have to wait and see.

You have to buy or make another Magic ammy i you lose it. I believe it is the same with an anti-dragon fire chield, but I may be wrong.

Answer 1 : Right click on the level 110 and press attack (dont know what you really meant?) I think he meant that not all people will be the right level to attack certain people in the wilderness. The problem with wilderness levels and combat levels is a potential problem. Good idea though, I have often considered making an army of noobs :twisted:

Although you are legally entitled to see information regarding you (expect for certain exemptions), your carachetr legally has no affiliation with you. You clicked to say that you understand that the character legally remains the property of Jagex, and as such it does not legally represent you in any way, except for the information you gave when creating the character. The only information they are legally obliged to divulge is that which you gave them when you filled out the form for the creation of the character, (and possibly the IP it was created on if they store that). Therefore no, as the character does not legally represent you, nor is it legally your property, you have no legal right to see the number of reports filed against you. Sorry, but thats how it is :lol:

Good post. Make it clearer whether the Melee is in each skill, or your combat level. Also, Im lvl 93, 84 strength, and I train on red deadlies. I believe lower level monsters give you quicker xp. I would personally put red deadlies in 81+ as well. Its up to you though, its your post. Good idea though, stops people always posting

Fair enough, I dont really know much about creating pixel sigs, as I tend to keep mainly to altering photo's, but if that was done 100% in MS Paint, that is pretty amazing. If you can get hold of something like Photoshop, that would be much easier for you, and better for your eyes, not least because you can zoom in to 1600x, which is one hell of a lot better than 8x in Paint. Make sure you post you final WIP, if this is just practice, the final should be awesome. Good Luck

Well, as far as I can tell, its original. I aint seen a high quality moving animation before. However, I have hardly eer posted on this board, i keep myself locked away in general :lol: Needs abit more detail, moon needs pixelling, not just blocking in with a gradient, and a little more creativity could be used, as in more stuff in it, ot just a dragon. But yeh, if you can touch it up, should lok awesome
